Study On The Application Of Shanxi Merchants Culture In The Ideological And Political Education Of Shanxi Colleges And Universities

Shanxi Merchants Culture is the treasure of Chinese traditional culture rooted in traditional Chinese.As a unique regional culture in Shanxi,it contains rich and valuable resources for ideological and political education.These educational resources exist at the same time in both material and spiritual forms.They are fresh,vivid,perceptible,and have great affinity,which can attract students to approach it and explore it.The students can improve their own ideological,moral and cultural literacy in the process of in-depth understanding of this culture.With the rapid development of economic globalization and network media,the ideological and political education at universities of our country is facing severe challenges and many new problems.Currently,Colleges and universities can no longer adapt to the development of society and the needs of students to carry out ideological and political education for students by using a single "spoon-feeding" teaching method and overly monotonous book theory.Under the guidance of current "Cultural Power" strategy,It is worth to study how to make Shanxi merchants culture permeate into the ideological and political education of local colleges and universities and give full play to its value.This paper divides the specific research into five parts,which is deeply dissected by layer.The first part is the premise of this study including the origin of the topic,research purposes,research status and research methods.The second part first expounds the concept,origin and development of Shanxi merchants culture,and then it lays a theoretical foundation for Shanxi universities to make full use of Shanxi merchants' culture to carry out ideological and political education through dialectical analysis of the way for Shanxi merchants' success,management,self-cultivation and social responsibility to dig into the essence of Shanxi business culture.The third part points out difficulties faced by Shanxi merchants culture in Shanxi colleges and universities in the application of ideological and political education through analyzing the current situation of Shanxi colleges and universities to apply Shanxi merchants culture.The fourth part shows analysis of its application value and practical significance which is divided into four aspects: the application of Shanxi merchants' culture to the ideological and political education in Shanxi colleges and universities,the improvement of college students' humanistic literacy,the inheritance of culture and even the realization of Chinese Dream.The fifth part is the foothold of the article,trying to explore some feasible measures of Shanxi merchants culture applied in the ideological and political education of Shanxi colleges anduniversities from the three aspects of the environment,carrier,curriculum in order to make the theoretical research in practice.Shanxi university students have been in Shanxi merchants culture atmosphere for a long time,naturally they will be interested in and amiable and affected by the culture.Developing and utilizing the essence of Shanxi merchants culture,taking its essence,abandoning its dregs,and giving full play to the role of Shanxi merchants culture in ideological and political education of colleges and universities,will enhance the college students understanding for the traditional Chinese culture and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in Shanxi colleges and universities,so as to make it close to the reality.
