With the rapid development of the Internet industry,the demand for talent from Internet companies is increasing.The contradiction between the growing talent demand in the industry and the relatively scarce supply of talents has caused enterprises to face difficulties in recruiting high level Internet talents,especially start-up small and medium-sized Internet companies.Faced with competition from Internet giants,the pressure on talent recruitment is enormous.In this context,more and more companies have introduced high level talents to a strategic level,and are increasingly relying on headhunting channels.How headhunting companies can help the introduction of corporate Internet talents becomes a real issue in the field of talent recruitment.This article takes A headhunting company as the research object,and is divided into 6 chapters in structure.The first is the introduction,which describes the research background and significance of this article and the explanation of domestic and foreign research literature,and explains the research methods and basic framework.The second is the elaboration of recruitment-related concepts and theories,and the characteristics of Internet talent recruitment.Immediately elaborated on the problems of A headhunting company,and through the form of interviews and questionnaire surveys,the spss software was used to perform reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,difference analysis and regression analysis on the data to obtain talent search and candidate People’s satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation.Finally,it puts forward targeted improvement strategies,such as adding customer evaluation links,strengthening the depth and breadth of job analysis,and establishing a scientific talent evaluation system.It is hoped that the research in this article can effectively improve the current situation of recruitment of A headhunting company,and at the same time hope that it can provide reference for the same type of enterprises in terms of talent recruitment.
