With the advent of the era of global economy and economic integration,talents have become the most important strategic resources and core resources of enterprises.It can be said that the enterprise with the best quality talents is likely to obtain decisive advantages in the future competition.The competition of enterprises for talents also makes the domestic headhunting companies develop rapidly.Company A was founded in February 2003.It is a management consulting company with headhunting service as the core,covering human resource management consulting,headhunting recruitment and other businesses.With the aggravation of market competition and the demand of enterprise expansion,the business process of a headhunting company is affected by the lack of systematic planning and imperfect organizational structure,which leads to the impact of business efficiency.It is necessary to meet the needs of customers and carry out business process reengineering.For company A,facing the fierce competition in the same industry,there are a series of problems that restrict the development of the company,including the imperfection of organizational structure,the complexity of internal communication process and the further reduction of business operation efficiency.These problems are also common to most headhunting company.This paper combs the hunting and hiring business process of company A,at the same time,this paper uses BPR theory to reengineer the hunting and hiring business of company A,and widens the application scope of business process reengineering theory.Taking company A as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth study on its business model,domain division,business process and organizational structure,and uses BPR theory to optimize its business process and organizational structure.At the end of the paper,the author makes a quantitative analysis of the the key indicators such as the staff turnover rate,business operation cycle,task completion rate as the evaluation criteria,and qualitatively analyzes the factors such as customer satisfaction,employee satisfaction,work efficiency and their impact on the enterprise.After the BPR theory is used to optimize its business,the overall business process efficiency and task completion rate are significantly improved High.This paper combines theory and practice and uses BPR theory to optimize the business process of company A,and also provides reference of the business process optimization for the same type of companies.
