| In March 2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary,Middle Schools and Colleges in the New Era",which clearly states that in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we should strengthen labor education in primary,middle schools and colleges,so as to improve the quality of education and teaching in an all-round way.As an important way to promote well-rounded students,labor education has been getting more attention in the society.Therefore,a better grasp of the situation of primary school labor education,timely discovery of existing problems,serious study of effective measures,to strengthen the new era of primary school labor education has an important and practical significance.Based on the background of the new era,this study first takes the primary school teachers,parents and students of the Corps’ regimental farm as the research objects,adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and field interview,and conducts an investigation from four dimensions,namely,the overall situation of the implementation of school,family and social labor education,and the related situation of students’ labor quality.Secondly,according to the data,the author analyzed the current corps farm primary labor education overall situation,different gender and grade students’ labor quality different and put emphasis on the analysis of the labor education in the main problems and their causes,and put forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions.The survey results show that education entities in the primary schools of the Corps have gradually realized the value and importance of labor education,and some schools,families and communities have carried out a series of beneficial attempts in the practice of labor education,but the overall progress is still slow.The concrete performance is as follows: first,some of the regular labor education activities in the primary schools of the Youth League farms are carried out in an orderly manner,but the labor education curriculum is scattered,the content and form of the curriculum are single,the educational resources are insufficient,and the evaluation mechanism is not perfect;Second,most teachers have a good knowledge foundation,but lack of excellent professional skills.Third,some parents downplay the value of labor education with a cognitive dislocation of labor education;Fourth,some students’ understanding of labor education is simple,and they can only master the basic labor skills,and there is a disconnection between cognition and behavior.Fifth,the utilization and development of community labor education resources are insufficient,and the home-school cooperation and integration are not strong.In addition to the limitation of geographical location and economic development of regiment farms,the emphasis on labor education is only confined to the concept level,and the influence of exam-oriented education and the deviation of safety understanding concept are also the reasons.Based on the above problems and attribution,this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures from four aspects: first,change teachers’ labor concept grasp the content requirements,innovate teaching forms,infiltrate and integrate labor education elements in multi disciplines,and effectively strengthen the labor education security mechanism;second,change parents education concept give play to the leading role of role models,design a good family labor menu,and strengthen family school cooperation Thirdly,strengthen the propaganda and leadership,coordinate all kinds of resources at all levels,and speed up the construction of practice base;fourthly,give full play to students’ subjective initiative,adhere to the principle of learning,and stimulate students’ interest in participating in labor,so as to realize the unity of knowledge and Practice. |
