In the current practice of labor education in rural primary schools,there are many problems in labor education,such as labor education is not valued in schools,the value of labor education is misunderstood,the practice form of labor education is single,and labor classes are often occupied.In the process of labor education,only labor without education,lack of labor theory guidance in labor practice,or only labor practice without labor theory education.The schools involved in this study are located in Kaifeng City,Henan Province.Three common methods,namely questionnaire,interview and literature method,are used to investigate and study four rural primary schools,The Ministry of education has issued relevant guidelines for labor education in primary and secondary schools.Based on the corresponding contents of the guidelines,specific suggestions and countermeasures are published.This study randomly selected 330 middle and senior grade students from four rural primary schools in Kaifeng City of Henan Province to carry out a questionnaire survey.A total of 330 questionnaires were collected,including 312 valid questionnaires,accounting for 94.5% of the total.The contents of the questionnaire are mainly related to school labor education,including content design,implementation mode,security system and value orientation.20 teachers were randomly selected and interviewed in detail.After the questionnaire was collected,the Chinese version of spss25.0 software was used to analyze it.Combined with the interview results,it was found that there were some problems,such as wrong understanding of the value of labor education,often occupied labor education courses,unbalanced labor education content,single form of school labor practice,lack of family school cooperation,serious shortage of labor education teachers,and non-standard evaluation of labor education.Finally,combined with the existing research and investigation and analysis,put forward the rural primary school labor education improvement strategy.First,correctly understand the value of labor education in rural primary schools.Change the concept of labor education of teachers,change the concept of students,give play to the enthusiasm of students to participate in labor education;Second,reasonably design the content of labor education in rural primary schools.Increasing the content of labor education with rural characteristics and organizing various labor practice activities;Third,improve the implementation of labor education in rural primary schools,set up corresponding education courses of labor education,infiltrate labor education into other subjects,arrange labor practice in extracurricular activities,guide family labor education,and enhance family school cooperation;Fourth,improve the security system of rural primary school labor education,strengthen overall coordination,build a good primary school labor education teachers,establish labor education supervision and evaluation and incentive system,and strengthen the development of rural primary school labor education resources.
