| Education groups established mainly by nongovernmental sectors boost the sound and rapid development of private education in China since the reform and opening-up,and they are also responsible for the management and services of some non-teaching affairs on campus.A Education Group undertakes tasks of energy management and services providing on its campus.In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and modern information technology,A Education Group is constantly exploring new management models and means to offer high-intensity maintenance and supervision for campus energy consumption,as there are problems like unfounded regulation,unreasonable decision-making,chaotic maintenance and safeguard.Therefore,on the basis of the existing management system,an energy management system can be developed and constructed with the help of the Internet,which can not only enhance the value of energy utilization,but also facilitate the construction of the economical campus and the campus information,contributing to the reduction of the running cost.Based on the current actual energy structure and management methods of A Education Group,together with the policies of the state and local governments that encourage and support schools to use their advantages to build campus information management systems,this study analyzes and designs the function of energy management system needed by A Education Group.This study takes the development and application guarantee of energy management system of A Education Group as the research object,and then establish a management system with reasonable structure and comprehensive functions by defining the goal and principle of energy management system construction,as well as its development,implementation and application.The development of this system is based on B/S structure.Under the guidance of software engineering ideology,first of all,the function and performance design of the energy management system are defined based on the electric energy structure through functional demand analysis.Then,the related functions of the system management object are designed through the overall structure design.Finally,the application guarantee is studied.In the process of system development and construction,IT project management knowledge system,work task breakdown(WBS)method and critical path method are adopted to manage and control system risk so as to ensure the smooth development.When the system design is completed,historical data are checked and analyzed,and the functional application of the system is analyzed.At the same time,safeguard measures for the application of the system are put forward to lay a good foundation for the stable operation of the system in the later period so as to finally achieve the goal of the development and construction of the energy management system.This study provides a useful basis for the further research on the development and construction of energy management system,and also provides a reference for similar education groups to build energy management system. |
