Research On Offensive Technical And Tactical Characteristics Of Shandong Men’s Handball Team In 2020 National Handball Championship

With the ever-improving rules of handball competitions,in recent years,the pace of offensive and defensive transitions in world handball competitions has accelerated,with a larger proportion of fast attacks and faster speeds;skills and tactics have gradually changed from rough to delicate,and no longer dominated by pure force-based offenses.Gradually develop towards a comprehensive direction that combines strength,speed,and skills.This study uses expert interviews,video observations,literature data,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics and other research methods to study the technical and tactical characteristics of the men’s top four teams(Beijing,Anhui,Jiangsu,and Shandong)in the 2020 National Handball Championship.Through a comparative analysis of multiple technical and tactical indicators in the offensive phase of the Shandong team and the other three teams,it was found that: The disadvantage of the Shandong team’s offensive end lies in the number of balls obtained,close shots,long shots,7m goals and assists.All of its data indicators are at the bottom of the top four teams.The Shandong team’s advantage lies in side shots,breakthroughs,bottom line attacks,fast breaks and the control of mistakes.Through research,the following research conclusions are obtained:1.The Shandong team ’ s offensive characteristics in the game are individual breakthrough shots,mostly one-on-one offenses,with strong points holding the ball to break through to attract defensive attention,choose an opportunity to shoot or split the ball to outside teammates to shoot.2.The Shandong team has obvious disadvantages on the offensive end,but its efficiency on the defensive end is very high.It is a typical offensive weak and strong defensive team with extremely unbalanced offense and defense.3.The Shandong team’s fast break attack method is mainly short pass and fast break,but the team’s overall fast break awareness and ability need to be improved.4.The Shandong team had less tactical coordination in the offensive phase of the position,and overly relied on sudden points and pick-and-roll tactics.It had fewer arrangements for tactics such as crossovers,pass cuts,and countermeasures,and the offensive methods were relatively scarce.Suggest:1.It is necessary to improve the team’s overall tactical coordination ability,while giving full play to the players’ personal attacking ability,actively creating attacking opportunities for teammates,improving the team’s overall assisting ability,and thus improving the attacking efficiency in the game.2.Wing forwards need to add more tactical arrangements on the offensive end,making offensive plans with wing forwards as the core,and making full use of the technical and speed advantages of this position.At the same time,improve the one-on-one reverse breakthrough scoring ability,making the wingers perform more comprehensively in the game.3.While maintaining the advantage of the offensive position,we should focus on improving the agility and speed of the players,combining strength with special technical training,improving the ability of special sports performance,and accelerating the rhythm of offense and defense in the game.4.In the training,we should pay attention to the training of basic skills and focus on enhancing the player’s projection ability.
