| During an inspection visit to the Marine Corps in 2020,President Xi Jinping pointed out that efforts should be made to build an elite force with synthetic multi-capability,rapid response and comprehensive application.The People’s Liberation Army Marine Corps(PLA)is a strategic service composed of elite naval,land and air forces capable of all-area operations and all-dimensional operations.The diversity of missions requires much more of an individual combat capability than a conventional army.In order to win a war in the complex and changeable modern battlefield,in addition to advanced weapons and equipment,it is also necessary to have strong physical support.Improving the combat physical capability of the officers and soldiers is an important link for the army to enhance its combat effectiveness.This article will torso pillar strength training research practice for the first time in the marines,combining their practice serving in the marines armed reconnaissance company training experience,in the shandong sports institute to learn professional knowledge,in order to further promote the Jun-Ti fusion as the total target,through the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,explore the trunk supports for the effect of application in the military physical training in the Marine corps.Taking the means of pillar strength training aimed at military physical fitness training as independent variable,taking the horizontal bar two exercises,grenade throwing,100 meters individual tactics,armed 5-kilometer cross-country run as dependent variable,and combining with the experimental results,the paper demonstrates the influence of trunk support strength training on the military physical fitness of Marine officers and soldiers.By comparing the data of the two groups before and after the experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:1.After ten weeks of experimental intervention,the officers and soldiers showed significant improvement in cognition,training process and training feedback(P<0.001).2.After ten weeks of experimental intervention,the experimental group and the control group showed significant improvement in the four subjects of horizontal bar two training,grenade throwing,100 meters individual tactics and armed 5km cross-country run(P<0.001).3.After ten weeks of experimental intervention,the test scores of the experimental group(16.07)were lower than those of the control group(18.93).The scores of grenade throwing subjects in the experimental group(47.70 m)were higher than those in the control group(45.00 m).In the 100 meters individual tactical subject,the test result of the experimental group(106.27 seconds)was lower than that of the control group(113.40seconds).The test result of the experimental group(1409.47 seconds)was lower than that of the control group(1438.47 seconds)in the armed 5kmcross-country running.4.Enhances the stability of the trunk,pay attention to the body control the stability of the power and efficient transfer of the trunk pillar strength training as a new way of training method can be applied to a line of army military physical training,traditional strength training,although has certain drawbacks,but in grassroots units training application is relatively mature,to fight against the officers and men on the physical quality of ascension also play a positive role.Pillar strength training as a supplement to the traditional strength training,the combination of the two better serve themilitary training. |
