The areas of torso pillar strength training are shoulders, spine, waist, and hips, and emphasis on applying force altogether with multiple muscles and joints. It can improve athletes' body balance ability and maintain good body posture. Therefore,in training or in competition, when the body is in an active state or after leaping off ground, the person will have a better control of the body.In the physical fitness training of many sports teams, coaches usually pay more attention to practicing the maximum strength of the lower limbs and upper limbs of the athletes, and less training in the strength of the torso pillar. For young volleyball players, being able to maintain good physical balance and good Limb control will improve their technical skills and their abilities to control the ball.At the same time,it can reduce injuries. This article will use literature research, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, experimental method and logic analysis method to study the effect of torso pillar strength training on the physical balance ability of young male volleyball players, and conduct experiments.Taking the athletes of the youth men's volleyball team in Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province as the survey object,a total of 30 athletes take part in the test who belong to the team were divided into two groups of 15 people each and divided into an experimental group and a control group. For a total period of 12 weeks. The first week is a pre-experiment and pre-experiment testing for all tested athletes.According to the pre-experiment performance data of the Functional Movement Screen(FMS),the performance of 30 young athletes is classified from high to low using a serpentine arrangement. The grouping method finally determines the grouping list by interviewing the head coach and combining the head coach's evaluation of the overall quality of the athletes.Make sure that the tested athletes in the experimental group and the control group are at the same level, which means without significant differences. In the 2nd week to the 11th week, the experimental group conducted formal interventions on the strength of the torso pillar.Three intervention training sessions were conducted about 25-35 minutes each week. The control group maintained regular preparatory activities and physical fitness training.Post-intervention testing was performed on experimental and control subjects in the 12th week.At the end of the experiment, the data of the test-score before and after the interventions of the tested athletes are collated, the rule SPSS 17.0 are used to analyze and compare the independent sample of the Student's test and paired sample Student's test data.In the end,it can be concluded as follows:1.After 12 weeks of torso pillar strength training intervention in the experimental group,it can be seen that the torso pillar strength training has a good effect on the improvement of the Functional Movement Screen(FMS)test for young male volleyball players. The strength of the torso pillar and the stability of the body's torso pillar in the experimental group were gradually strengthened, and the post-test data of experimental interventions were improved quite a lot.2.The strength of the torso pillar strengthens the flexible control of the athletes in all directions in the experimental group.Through 12 weeks of experimental intervention, the ability of acceleration and deceleration control in the rapid movement of the body was improved.Specifically,it can be reflected in the results of the T-shaped mobile test index. The results of the pre-test and post-test results of the athletes in the experimental group show a very significant difference(P=0.002<0.01);the pre-test and post-test results of the athletes belong to the control group did not appear any Significant difference(P=0.298>0.05).3.The experimental group of athletes through the experimental intervention of torso pillar strength training, the test items used for the ability of body static balance and the body dynamic balance which involved in this article have improved the test performance data after the experimental intervention to a certain extent.Torso pillar strength training in the practice process should be concentrated more on practicing the integrated strength of the human torso position muscle group, because it's a good way to promote the physical static and dynamic balance of young male volleyball players.4.By analyzing the performance data of the test indicators of the test athletes,it can be concluded that adding the trunk pillar strength training to the youth volleyball training course can improve the physical stability, coordination ability and physical balance ability of young male volleyball players.
