Design And Implementation Of College Student Management Platform

With the continuous opening of China’s policies and the continuous improvement of social economy,educational informatization has become a key node to support the teaching research,scientific research construction and management of domestic colleges and universities.As one of the best carriers of cutting-edge technology,colleges and universities have begun to explore the practical application of information technology in various business fields on campus.Among them,student management is a central task in the management of colleges and universities.It is particularly important to design and implement a simple and easy-to-use,clear process,and diversified student management platform.The implementation of the project will improve the accuracy of student management business,save management costs,and improve the school information system structure.I have carefully analyzed and investigated the problems existing in the student work management of Beijing Jiaotong University,designed and implemented a student work management platform to meet the work needs of the University.I mainly completed the notice module,student management module,funding management module,precise funding module and system management module in the platform,In the precision funding module,Deep FM algorithm is used to realize the recommendation of difficult students,and detailed comparative experiments are carried out.The project adopts the development mode of front-end and back-end separation,which is implemented in Python language.The front-end development uses Vue framework,and the back-end uses Django web framework which is suitable for rapid development of enterprise website.And through Django’s object relationship mapping,that is,ORM technology and My SQL database to achieve read-write interaction,and finally choose Nginx to complete the project deployment,and achieve load balancing.In the process of writing this paper,the author strictly follows the software development process.Firstly,according to the business requirements of the student work office,the author analyzes the requirements in detail by constructing the system module diagram and use case diagram,divides the roles of the platform,and designs and explains the specific function points of each module of the platform.Then around the description of system flow chart,activity chart,class chart and sequence chart,the detailed design of each module of the system is introduced in detail,and the operation effect of the platform is displayed.Finally,we design test cases covering the whole scenario of the system,and conduct strict functional and non functional tests on the system to ensure the normal operation of the system.In general,the test results of the platform are in line with expectations,and the project serves all teachers and students,and the feedback is good.
