Online education industry has been rising in recent years,and online learning has become a mainstream way of learning.Online education has brought a lot of convenience,but also encounters different levels of challenges.For example,the traditional online learning method is less attractive to students,resulting in the loss of users.Learners are lack of learning motivation and they can’t get real-time feedback on the mastery of the knowledge points they are learning.Based on the understanding of the following problems,this thesis independently designs and develops an online course teaching system based on the knowledge graph.This system is mainly used by teaching staff and learners.This system provides them with an online education and learning management platform.This system integrates knowledge graph and online courseware,accurately positions the courseware page where the knowledge point is located through the knowledge graph node.This system presents a new and convenient study way.At the same time,it collects students’ learning behaviors for correlation analysis and builds a knowledge point mastery calculation model.And it provides real-time learning feedback and knowledge point learning recommendations for teachers and learners.The system is based on separate development of front and back ends,using browser/server architecture.The main modules include course management and user management,online map and courseware learning,notification and homework management,behavior analysis and recommendation.Two main innovation points are proposed:(1)In the online map and courseware learning module,in order to solve the problem that large number of pages in the courseware makes it difficult for learners to find the page where the knowledge points are located.A method of linking the knowledge map node to the courseware page is designed and developed,and the learning behavior data such as student learning time is collected and recorded;(2)In the behavior analysis and recommendation module,combined with the relevant standards of engineering education certification,students’ learning behaviors are divided into learning process features and learning result features.Clustering,independence testing,and correlation analysis are performed on the student learning feature data collected by the system.And the results of the analysis are performed to visualize and set the corresponding parameter weight.Based on the established knowledge point mastery degree calculation model,it provides learners with recommendations for the learning order of knowledge points.Finally,the author conducts various tests on the system and put it into use in real course teaching.This system meets engineering requirements and is innovative.The future improvement direction is to strengthen the intelligence of courseware and graph construction,and to further improve the calculation model of knowledge point mastery.
