With the rapid development of China’s market economy and the new milestone of education industry,the competition in education market is becoming increasingly fierce.It is because of the impact of the epidemic on the education industry in 2020,accelerated the rapid development of hybrid education vocational training,the trend of the future development of education enterprises is the integration of online and offline education,AH company hybrid education business model,although achieved good results,but with the market demand and the needs of students,there are still some gaps.Based on this,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the project,combines market research and student questionnaire,and finds out the problems encountered in the marketing process of the project for in-depth research,so as to clarify marketing ideas,expand marketing channels,and provide relevant suggestions for its marketing strategies.This paper takes the mixed education course of AH Company as the research object.On the basis of explaining the related concepts of the mixed education and the marketing of the mixed education course,it sorts out the relevant theories such as 4P theory and STP theory.Secondly,based on the 4P theory,from the product,price,channel and promotion and other aspects of AH hybrid education course marketing status analysis,found that there are "lack of product quality advantage,price set lack of competitiveness,channel coverage is limited,promotional activities lack of novelty" and other problems.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the marketing of vocational training courses of hybrid education,the author puts forward the following suggestions: make product courses diversified,product courses combined,and product course service standardized;Implement quality pricing strategy;Build localized marketing channels according to user needs;Strengthen cooperation mechanism with universities and government;Through personnel promotion,online platform and social e-commerce cooperation "and other countermeasures and suggestions.In order to improve the marketing efficiency of AH company’s hybrid education vocational training courses,this study is mainly to put forward specific marketing promotion ideas,so as to provide inspiration to other vocational training institutions.In the long run,based on the new model of China’s hybrid education vocational training industry,this paper puts forward marketing countermeasures with universal significance in the hybrid education vocational training industry,so as to better promote the optimized marketing of China’s hybrid education vocational training market. |
