With the continuous development of national higher education and the deepening of informatization reform of personnel management system in colleges and universities,higher requirements are put forward for academic evaluation and subject management of scientific researchers.At present,academic papers are still the most direct evaluation index of scientific research work,and the statistics and attribution of papers published by teachers and students are becoming more and more onerous.In the past,the retrieval and matching of papers based on manual cannot meet the needs of scientific research work in colleges and universities,so it is necessary to develop an automatic paper collection management and analysis system.Based on the actual needs of scientific and technological workers,this thesis develops a Web-based paper collection and analysis system.This system can automatically obtain the literature information of institutions from the paper index database.Through the designed algorithm process,it can match the papers and the authors of institutions,and can make statistics and Analysis on the academic achievements of institutions according to different dimensions such as year,discipline,literature category,etc.At the same time,it provides the process management function of paper checking,and supports the manual import and export of paper data.In the specific algorithm design,by analyzing the format of Web of Science paper index metadata,accurately extract the required information and design the matching algorithm on this basis;test the effectiveness and accuracy of the algorithm;in the development process,based on waterfall flow mode,the system function implementation and subsequent deployment optimization are carried out.In the specific development,according to the characteristics of the paper collection and analysis work,through the comprehensive use of flow chart,UML class diagram,interface documents and other description tools to design and develop the system.Through code review,unit testing and other steps,the robustness of the code and the stability of the system function are guaranteed.After the completion of the system development,32009 papers have been collected and processed by 2020.At the same time,the functionality,security and stability of the system are tested.On the basis of ensuring real-time,accuracy and unity,the paper collection and analysis system in this paper provides support for the management and identification of scientific research achievements and the evaluation and development of disciplines in Colleges and universities.
