With the development of social economy and the progress of network technology,network training and education examination has become an important feature of education reform.The cost of traditional off-line test mode is higher,and it is difficult to guarantee the exam is scientific and objective,so traditional off-line test mode already cannot satisfy the requirement of enterprise development,and online examination mode can realize the examination process of intelligence and automation management,reduce the uncertainty factors on human intervention,improve the quality and the fairness of the exam papers,Therefore,the online examination mode has become the main way for enterprises to test employees’ business ability level,and the digital learning examination platform has become an important tool for enterprise training.This article revolves around the researches on the design and implementation of online examination system,at the same time,based on the actual development needs and positioning of the company,we set up an automated examination platform for front-line employees from the three key links of question bank construction,automatic test paper formation and automatic marking,realize the automation management for examination process,and provide digital examination tools for the development and transformation of enterprises.The practical application shows that the system is feasible and practical.The design and implementation of automatic test paper formation and automatic marking are the key points of the examination system.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the algorithms of these two parts.In the paper forming part,the paper forming model based on the basic genetic algorithm is used to analyze the paper forming objective,the constraints of the paper and the attributes of the test question combined with the actual demand.The mathematical model of the paper forming problem is established,and the specific design realization process and personalized improvement method are given for each stage of the basic genetic algorithm.The automatic marking part simulates the manual marking process and comprehensively considers the influence of semantic information and internal structure information on the text,the improved marking model based on the fusion of semantic similarity and word order similarity of Words in Synonym Cilin is adopted,and the word similarity and word order similarity are fused by statistical regression analysis to obtain the comprehensive similarity of text,and then the scores of examinees are predicted.The system has a simple and friendly interface and strong operability.After being popularized and used in the company,the system has good practicability and efficiency and meets the expected requirements of users.
