The Research And Implementation Of Online Examination System And Automatic Test Paper Generation Algorithm

At present,China is vigorously promoting education information,using modern information technology to change the traditional education model,thereby improving the quality of teaching.Using information technology and network technology to achieve paperless examination,So that teachers can free from a large number of repeated mechanically job,improve the overall teaching level of colleges and Universities,which has great practical significance.As a public college curriculum,the university computer basic course have a strong practicality,and the traditional examination mode unable to fully test the students' ability to operation the computer.At present,there are already lots of colleges and universities have their own online examination system of education.However,each school is not completely consistent with the objectives and contents of the computer basic course,and the students form different schools have different levels of knowledge and ability.There is no universal online examination system that meets the needs of our school.So that according to the needs of reform of the computer basic course in our university,it is urgent to research and develop an online examination system which meets the needs of our university.Based on the analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,starting from the actual needs of our university,the online examination system for the computer basic course has been designed and researched,using the B/S mode,choosing the SQL Server 2008 as the database management system of the system,choosing the Visual Studio2010 as the Development tools,using the ASP.NET technology,with the function of auto-generating test paper,online examination,automatic scoring,management of test questions database,user information management and so on.First of all,we analyzed the current status of the domestic and foreign researching related to this subject,then made detailed design and planning of the system through the actual demand analysis of our university starting from the characteristics and objectives of the curriculum teaching in our university.Secondly,the paper analyzed and compared the commonly used algorithm for automatically generating test paper.According to the actual demand,this paper put forward the objective function and the mathematical model as the main control parameters of the question type,the operation type,the score,the knowledge distributionand the difficulty distribution.Based on random algorithm and combined with the method of segmentation,divide and conquer,backtracking,the classified and segmented backtracking heuristic algorithm has been put forward to solve the problem of automatically generating test paper.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the course of university computer basis,the VBA technology was used to realize automatic scoring of the Office operation.Finally,on this foundation,the design and implementation online examination system of the university computer basic course can meet the practical application requirements of our school's teaching management,and help to improve the overall level of teaching quality of the computer basic course in our school.After been settled and tested,this online examination system has been tested in the computer-room of our university and the feedback effect was good.At the same time,it will continue to improve and perfect the system,so that it has a better practical value.
