Cheerleading is a skill-oriented performance of the project,with good flexibility is the basic condition for the completion of cheerleading movement.At this stage,most of the cheerleading general students are not willing to carry out flexible quality training.The traditional stretching method is very effective to improve the flexibility of the quality,this is no doubt,but the pain of training students is very strong,and the training method is relatively simple.Therefore,if there is an effect on the flexibility of the quality,but not very painful stretching method,it will be more acceptable to students.PNF stretching is a kind of stretching method that can improve flexibility in the short term,and the pain is less intense than the traditional stretching method.PNF stretching method in the implementation process,through the stimulation of the corresponding muscle and then affect its sensory nerves,so as to promote muscle inhibition,excitement,contraction and relaxation activities,in order to improve muscle function.In recent years,PNF stretching method has been gradually paid attention to,and is used in some sports,but as a stretching method to improve flexibility,it is rarely used in cheerleading training.In the course of the study,the literature method,experimental method and expert interview method were mainly used for experimental research,The subjects were divided into experimental group and Control Group.Experiment on two groups before the rope around the shoulders,Forward Bend in sitting position,or so leg longitudinal fork,fork,moving across jump and continuous big kick index test,To ensure that the two groups before the experiment except flexibility quality method is not the same,other independent variables control.The experiment was conducted for 8weeks.The experimental group was trained by PNF stretching method,while the control group was trained by conventional stretching method.The same teaching environment and teaching conditions,the same teaching teachers and training classes are the same.After 8 weeks of experimental teaching,the data of experimental group and control group were processed and analyzed again.The results showed:1.The effect of PNF stretching method to improve the flexibility quality is very obvious.This training method is very appropriate for students of cheerleading elective courses in Hunan Vocational and Technical College of Commerce.2.After 8 weeks of PNF stretching training,the flexibility of rope around the shoulder,sitting body forward bending,longitudinal jump and continuous big kick between left and right leg longitudinal fork and cross fork as well as special movement of cheering and pulling was significantly improved in the experimental group,indicating that PNF stretching method can improve the flexibility quality of shoulder joint and hip joint,and the effect was significant.3.After 8 weeks of traditional stretching training,the flexibility of rope around the shoulder,sitting body forward bending,left and right leg longitudinal and cross fork as well as the special movement of cheering and dragging were also improved in the control group,indicating that the traditional stretching method can also improve the flexibility of shoulder joint and hip joint.However,compared with the control group,the improvement effect of the experimental group was more significant,indicating that PNF stretching method is more helpful to improve the flexibility of the students of the elective course cheerleading.4.Control in flexible quality training,although flexibility has improved,but the pain is relatively strong,the enthusiasm of the students practice is low,and in practice flexible quality by applying the method of PNF stretch,stretch the need to closely cooperate with peers,less pain,thus enhances the interest of stretching exercises,enhanced the enthusiasm of students to practice,This reduces the risk of sports injuries.In view of the above conclusion analysis,this research puts forward the related suggestion:1.In the process of training,coaches and stretchers should have a detailed understanding of the stretching principle of PNF stretching method,understand the importance of flexibility training,understand the specific operation steps when stretching,in order to prevent sports injury.2.in the training,to reasonable arrangement of training content,according to the flexible quality of college students cheerleading elective course,choose the appropriate difficulty movement,step by step to practice,training load and intensity to control,not eager for quick success and instant benefits.3.because the traditional stretching method of students’ pain is very strong,and the training method is single,and the recovery speed of muscles is slow,so in the traditional stretching method of training must be fully prepared for activities.4.Full warm-up should be carried out before stretching the flexibility quality.In the process of training,team cooperation should be paid attention to,and there should be tacit understanding between the stretcher and his partner to avoid danger.
