The growth of human body’s physical quality is constantly changing with the growth of age.In childhood,the development of muscles,bones and organs of the body is not perfect,and it is not suitable to carry out long-term and intensive activity exercises,so it is not suitable to add strength and endurance quality exercises to physical activities.The load of flexibility training is small,the duration is short,and it is easy to operate.And it has been proved that childhood is the "sensitive period" for the development of flexibility.Therefore,targeted flexibility training in this stage can greatly improve the flexibility of the body.As for individuals,good physical flexibility can improve their sports ability,and at the same time achieve the purpose of preventing sports injury,so it is very important to develop flexibility in childhood.The most common practice in developing flexibility is stretching,which includes static stretching,dynamic stretching,and PNF stretching.PNF stretching method is called Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitationstretch,which is to relax the pulled muscle actively through the way of assistance,so as to achieve a larger stretch range.Because this method has a significant effect on improving the flexibility of the body,it is gradually introduced into the field of sports.At present,the application and research of PNF stretching method focus on specific sports and professional training of athletes,which is not universal,and the application and research in primary school physical education is even less.Under the guidance of the theories of sports physiology,sports training and school physical education,using the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this study took 115 students in grade one and grade two of Shangdi primary school affiliated to Tsinghua University as the experimental objects,and carried out the control experiment of PNF stretching and dynamic and static stretching for 13 weeks.The shoulder joint and hip joint before and after the experiment were compared The test results of joint and trunk flexibility are compared and analyzed,and the results are as follows:(1)There is no significant difference in the body flexibility of male and female students in the level one stage,that is to say,the development of flexibility depends on whether the individual carries out targeted flexibility exercises,which is not related to gender factors.When arranging flexibility training,there is no need to treat it differently.(2)Dynamic stretching,static stretching and PNF stretching all have positive effects on the body flexibility,mainly in the improvement of shoulder joint,hip joint and trunk flexibility.It is proved that the targeted exercises for children in the first stage of the level play a significant role in improving their flexibility.(3)There is a significant difference between the results of dynamic and static stretching and PNF stretching.PNF stretching exercise has a better effect on the development of joint flexibility.PNF stretching can improve the ability of central nervous system to control muscle contraction and relaxation,so as to develop the ductility of shoulder joint,hip joint and soft tissue around spine.(4)PNF stretching practice is a method for two people to help each other.In the process of practice,because of the help of peers,it can reduce the fear of stretching practice and improve the enthusiasm of practice.It can also cultivate the unity and cooperation ability of practitioners. |
