| Objective: In the 21 st century,the aging process of our country is accelerating.With the growth of age,the muscle strength of human lower limbs decreases.Walking for a long time or going up and down stairs will accelerate the wear and tear of human joints,especially the knee joint.Based on "body colour cup" national sports science and technology innovation contest winning patent product lower limb muscle power plant as the research object,to wear outside the lower limb muscle power device when fluctuation stair studies the kinematics and dynamics of human lower limb joint index,discuss the performance of the device,the advantages and disadvantages of the application and device,So that we can improve and design devices that are better suited to the human body and accelerate the development and spread of these devices.Methods:This paper mainly USES the experimental method and mathematical statistics,the method of combining high-speed photography to wear outside the lower limb muscle power device of the up and down the stairs before and after process gait analysis was performed,respectively,at the same time,through the literature review on lower limb biomechanics modeling,using euler method and multi-rigid-body inverse dynamics method to construct internal force of lower limb joint and joint torque for solving equations of kinetic parameters.Relevant indexes of ankle joint,knee joint and hip joint of lower limbs before and after wearing were collected for dynamic calculation of joint internal force and joint moment,and standardized results were obtained,supplemented by Excel2003 software and IBMSPSS software to conduct paired sample T test for data markers before and after wearing.Results:(1)In the process of the stairs,from his left foot step in measuring forces began to leave his left foot into the first pair of support phase in the process of the test force platform to enter the first Er Chan support phase,wear after the power plant,the hip joint,knee joint maximum extend Angle,ankle dorsiflexion Angle is worn before the joint Angle,and there were significant differences(P < 0.05).In the process of descending stairs,from the first pair of support phase when any part of the left foot touches the load bench to the second single support phase when the left foot leaves the load bench,there is no significant difference in the maximum extension Angle of the hip and knee,the dorsiflexion Angle of the ankle and the joint Angle before wearing the assist device.(2)In the process of climbing the stairs,there was no significant difference in the wave peak value of the internal forces of the ankle and knee joint after wearing the booster device from the moment when the left foot stepped on the force measuring table and entered the first pair of support phase to the moment when the left foot left the force measuring table and entered the second single support phase.The peak value of intra-articular torque wave after wearing hip joint was higher than that before wearing hip joint,showing a very significant difference(P<0.01).In the process of going down stairs,from the first pair of support phase when any part of the left foot touches the force platform to the second single support phase when the left foot leaves the force platform,there is no significant difference in the wave peak value of the internal forces of the ankle joint and the knee joint after wearing the assist device.The peak value of intra-articular force wave moment after wearing hip joint was higher than that before wearing hip joint,showing a very significant difference(P<0.01).(3)In the process of the stairs,from his left foot step in measuring forces began to leave his left foot into the first pair of support phase in the process of the test force platform to enter the first Er Chan support phase,after wearing booster device of knee and hip joint torque peak value is less than wear before the joint torque peaks and appeared significant difference(P <0.05),a power device to dress there is no significant difference between before and after the ankle.In the process of going down the stairs,from the first pair of support phase when any part of the left foot contacts the force measuring platform to the second single support phase when the left foot leaves the force measuring platform,the peak value of the joint moment of the ankle after wearing the assist device is less than that before wearing,and there is a significant difference(P<0.05).After wearing the assist device,the peak value of joint moment wave of the knee joint was smaller than that before wearing,and there was a very significant difference(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the peak value of joint moment wave of the hip joint before and after wearing the assist device.(4)In the process of ascending stairs,from the first pair of support phase when the left foot stepped on the force platform to the second single support phase when the left foot left the force platform,the joint torque provided by the lower limb ankle and hip joint itself after wearing the external muscle assist device of the lower limb was less than the value before wearing and showed a significant difference(P<0.05).After wearing the assist device,the joint torque provided by the knee joint itself was less than the value before wearing,and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).In the process of walking down stairs,from the first pair of support phase when any part of the left foot contacts the force measuring platform to the second single support phase when the left foot leaves the force measuring platform,the joint torque provided by the ankle and hip joint of the subjects after wearing the assist device is less than the value before wearing and there is a significant difference(P<0.05).After wearing the assist device,the joint torque provided by the knee joint itself was less than the value before wearing,and there was a significant difference in the force(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)The external muscle assist device of lower extremity can increase the extension Angle of joint Angle in the stage of climbing stairs,and store energy for lower extremity body.(2)By comparing the peak stress of lower limb joints,the internal stress of the hip joint wearing the assist device increased in the lower and upper stair stages,and the device was not suitable for those with femoral head injury.(3)In the process of wearing the external muscle booster device of lower limbs,the muscle force of the muscle groups involved in the stretching activities of human ankle,knee and hip joint can be reduced.(4)The external muscle booster provides cushions to the ankle,knee,and hip joints of the lower extremities and reduces the load on the gluteus maximus,quadriceps,and triceps calves during the descending steps. |
