1.Research purpose:In this study,FIFA 11 + comprehensive warm-up program and China's conventional warm-up method are used in the preparation of football class,and the influence of the warm-up mode promoted by FIFA on the basic sports performance of male college students,such as football basic technology and football specific physical fitness,is explored.According to the different characteristics of the target group and the outcome variable,two kinds of warm-up programs are quantified in college students' football The overall effect of the game,in order to achieve the exploration of football warm-up effective program.2.Research methods:38 male students from football elective class of Tianjin Institute of physical education were randomly divided into FIFA 11 + experimental group and conventional control group.Before and after the experiment,the subjects were successively tested in25 meter dribble,round shot,long pass,throw,t-test,30 meter run,standing with eyes closed and one foot,yoyo test in the physical fitness laboratory The stability of dynamic posture,joint angle and joint moment were measured by Kistler three-dimensional force measuring platform and Quali Sys infrared motion capture system.The initial data of three-dimensional force measuring platform and three-dimensional movement changes were obtained after QTM and visual-3d were automatically connected with the system software of quality.The index changes of subjects before and after 8 weeks of intervention were statistically analyzed by Excel and SPSS 21.0 statistical software.3.Research results:(1)Skill test results:FIFA11 + had an effect on the level of shooting around the bar and the improvement of 25 meter dribbling,but had no effect on the test results of the ball passing and long passing.(2)Fitness test results:After the experiment,it was found that there was a significant difference in the t-test test between the groups after intervention.In the intra group comparison,there was only a very significant difference in the experimental group,which had a weak effect on the 30-m running of the subjects,and FIFA11 + had a significant effect on the closed eyes and one foot standing of the subjects.FIFA11 + had no effect on the level of YOYO test.(3)Biomechanical test results:(1)FIFA 11 + has no effect on the APSI index(dynamic pose stability index in front and back directions),has a slight effect on mlsi(left and right directions)and VSI index(vertical directions),and has a significant effect on dpsi index(overall dynamic pose stability index).There was no effect on VSI index of single leg,but significant effect on APSI,mlsi and dpsi index.(2)In the landing stage,the peak angle of hip abduction and knee joint valgus can be effectively reduced,and in the single leg support stage,the peak angle of ankle valgus of non dominant leg and dominant leg can be effectively reduced.The flexion moment and abduction moment of the hip joint increased significantly in the landing stage of the legs,the moment of the knee joint in the coronal plane increased significantly,the moment of the hip abduction and ankle varus of the dominant leg and the moment of the knee varus of the non dominant leg increased significantly in the landing stage of the single leg.4.Research conclusion:(1)After 8 weeks of FIFA11+ comprehensive warming up intervention,after the core stability training and proprioception training,the static balance ability and dynamic balance ability of the experimental group were significantly improved,while the routine warming up group had no significant impact.(2)After 8 weeks of FIFA11 + comprehensive warm-up intervention,the posture control ability and agility of the subjects in the experimental group increased significantly,while the conventional warm-up group had no significant effect.(3)After 8 weeks of FIFA11 + comprehensive warm-up intervention,the dynamic stability of the supporting leg in the process of kicking can be effectively improved by strengthening the strength training of the lower limbs.The conventional warm-up group had no significant effect.(4)After 8 weeks of FIFA11 + comprehensive warm-up intervention,the experimental group subjects' hip joint torque increased,the knee valgus angle decreased and the ankle valgus angle decreased,which improved the stability of the lower limb joint,while the conventional warm-up group had no significant effect.(5)FIFA 11 + comprehensive warm-up program is more suitable for the football class as a warm-up means than the conventional warm-up method,whether from the perspective of football technical performance or physical performance.
