Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Path Of Red Culture Education In Colleges And Universities

Red culture is an advanced culture created by the Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in the three historical periods of revolution,construction and reform.Guided by Marxism and based on the excellent traditional Chinese culture,this cultural system is a natural educational resource for colleges and universities to cast souls and educate people.In the new era,college students have diversified ideas and value orientations,and colleges and universities are faced with new opportunities as well as many bottlenecks in using red cultural resources to carry out education work.Therefore,it is necessary to coordinate all aspects of design and perfection,so as to enhance the effectiveness of red culture in college education practice.This paper is mainly divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The first chapter mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the research,the research situation at home and abroad,the research methods and ideas,and the innovation of the article.The text contains four parts.The second chapter defines the connotation of red culture,summarizes the characteristics and functions of red culture,further clarifies the relationship between campus culture education and university’s use of red culture education,and fully excavates the internal working mechanism of university’s use of red culture education.The third chapter makes an empirical study on the current situation of using red culture to educate people in colleges and universities,demonstrates that the current work of red culture has achieved some results,and points out the problems existing in the practice of red material culture,red spiritual culture and red institutional culture.The fourth chapter comprehensively analyzes the social factors,university factors and college students’ individual factors of using red culture to educate people.The fifth chapter puts forward the optimization path from the three dimensions of optimizing red material culture education,red spiritual culture education and red institutional culture education.The conclusion concludes and generalizes the main content of the paper,and briefly summarizes the main effects,existing shortcomings and corresponding promotion paths of using red culture to educate people in colleges and universities.In addition,the paper further combs the research perspective and empirical research methods adopted in the paper,and puts forward the future outlook on the basis of demonstration.Based on theoretical guidance and empirical research,this paper argues that colleges and universities in the new era should excavate the material and cultural resources of red in campus and set up the practice base of red education outside campus,so as to further endowing the background color of red culture education.To improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities,carry out a variety of red-themed academic activities,and build a red-culture network education platform,so as to enrich the cultural heritage of red-culture education;To standardize the construction of red culture education system,improve the operation system of red culture education,in order to enhance the work base of red culture education.
