Psychological safety is an attitude experience in which an individual presents a certain emotional state through the perception of environmental safety,and has the confidence to separate himself from the dangerous state.Through the analysis and discussion of the concept,structure,theory,current situation,characteristics and influencing factors of vocational school students’ psychological safety,this paper not only further tamps the theoretical basis of vocational school students’ psychological safety,enriches the empirical research results on psychological safety,but also puts forward operational suggestions for vocational schools to carry out psychological health education.The research on vocational school students’ psychological safety is mainly divided into three parts: firstly,by reading relevant literature,analyze and explore the theoretical structure of psychological safety,and then combined with the results of open-ended questionnaire,preliminarily conceive the theoretical dimension of vocational school students’ psychological safety,and then compile test items.After exploratory factor analysis,item analysis,reliability and validity test and confirmatory factor analysis,the formal questionnaire of psychological safety is finally determined.Then 1874 vocational school students were selected to investigate the current situation of their psychological safety by using a self-designed questionnaire,and to explore the differences of their psychological safety level in demographic variables such as gender,grade,professional category,place of origin,family economic status,parental education level,parental occupation,family structure,whether to take a part-time job,and whether to be a student cadre.On this basis,it also studies the relationship between family environment,school environment and vocational school students’ sense of psychological safety.The results show that:(1)The questionnaire on psychological safety of vocational school students was compiled.The questionnaire is mainly composed of four dimensions: interpersonal safety,self safety,emotional safety and deterministic control,with a total of 29 test items.The reliability and validity test showed that the questionnaire met the quality standard of psychometrics;(2)There are significant differences in the sense of psychological safety of vocational school students in gender,grade,professional category,educational level of parents,father’s occupation,family economic status,place of origin,family structure,whether to work part-time and whether to serve as student cadres;(3)The interpersonal safety,self safety,emotional safety,certainty control and total score of vocational school students’ psychological safety are significantly positively correlated with the intimacy,adaptability and total score of family environment.Through linear regression analysis,it is found that intimacy and adaptability in family environment can significantly and positively predict the level of psychological safety of vocational school students;(4)The interpersonal safety,self safety,emotional safety,certainty control and total score of vocational school students’ psychological safety are significantly positively correlated with the material environment,teacher-student relationship,peer relationship,classroom atmosphere,rules and regulations and total score of the school environment.Ridge regression analysis found that the material environment,teacher-student relationship,peer relationship,classroom atmosphere and rules and regulations in the school environment questionnaire can significantly and positively predict the level of psychological safety of vocational school students.
