| Handball is a skill oriented collective event in the same field,in which the application of shooting technology is the core of winning in handball competition.China’s women’s handball has experienced several ups and downs since its rise in New China.Now China’s women’s handball has been among the third rate teams in the world.Although in recent years,many relevant experts and scholars have studied the future development direction of China’s women’s handball from all aspects,and invested a lot of energy in data analysis and research in various events of women’s handball,the effect is not ideal according to the current competitive level and development situation of China’s women’s handball.Through reading the relevant literature on the application of women’s handball shooting technology in China in recent 20 years,it is not difficult to find that most scholars’ research on women’s handball competition basically focuses on the application of team techniques and tactics and the shooting hit rate in each area of the stadium,and only the suggestions on the application of individual shooting technology of players are mentioned in the conclusion.Therefore,we should not only see the results in the study of shooting hit rate.When the team’s technical and tactical operation is smooth,players should pay more attention to the ability of using shooting technical action.The footwork,technical movements,changes in limbs and movement state contained in handball shooting technology can evolve a lot of shooting technical movements,which is the unique characteristic of handball and one of the reasons why handball is so popular all over the world.This study adopts the methods of video observation,mathematical statistics,literature and expert interview,starts with the analysis of the competition data of China’s women’s Handball Championship in 2021,finds out the characteristics and restrictive factors of China’s women’s handball shooting technology,and carries out in-depth research,The conclusions are as follows:（1）when selecting female handball players in China,we should focus on the actual combat effect of players,explore the body characteristics of players in various positions,effectively transform them into team characteristics,and maximize the shooting technical characteristics of players.Under the trend that the average age of each team shows a younger trend,build a reasonable team age framework to avoid the phenomenon of team failure.（2）The distribution of shooting and scoring areas is relatively balanced,but the success rate of medium and long distance,side shot,breakthrough and 7m free throw fluctuates and is unstable.Each team has a single way of shooting and scoring.Most players are not proficient in the use of basic shooting techniques,the arrangement of offensive techniques and tactics is relatively simple,and the players’ ability to deal with key balls is insufficient.（3）Most players can only master the traditional shooting technical characteristics of 2-step jump and 3-step jump,and lack the ability to control the shooting technical characteristics of 1-step jump,running,pad step and so on.The performance of shooting is also relatively single,and the success rate is not high.In terms of physical coordination and control,it is also a weak link for most players.（4）Most of the teams in this game showed;1.Single shooting method 2 The percentage of breakthrough with the ball is relatively low,3 When physical confrontation occurs,the hit rate is unstable and 4 scorers are concentrated.The application of players’ shooting technology is lack of innovation,the rhythm of the game is not smooth,and the content of the game is lack of appreciation.（5）Improve the training system of shooting technical action of women’s handball in China,focus on strengthening the physical quality training of handball players,and develop the shooting ability of Women Handball Players,such as diversification,speed,regionalization and antagonism.Improve the phenomenon of single shooting technology in women’s handball in China. |
