The carryover effect of good on duty activities in kindergartens can advance the comprehensive development of children,it affects the satablishment of children’s good morality.Teachers and young children as the two main actors of the activity,the effect of duty activities is influenced by the interaction between them,good interaction can promote the exertion of the dynamic value of on duty life and the physical and mental he alth development of children,also it is helpful to improve teachers’ professional ability and educational wit.In this study,taking Xinyang city X Kindergarten as an example,the observation method and the interview method are the mainstay,supplemented by the physical collection method,and the performance and behavior of the children and teachers in each link of the kindergarten’s daily student activities are recorded in detail by means of event sampling by means of observation and recording tables.By means of semi-structured interview and random interview,an interview outline for teachers and Children was compiled to understand the interaction between teachers and children in the daily life activities in kindergartens,this study analyzes the current situation of the interaction between teachers and children in the organization,implementation and evaluation of duty activities from the aspects of the types,subjects,forms,contents and effects of the interaction.Through the different age grops of X kindergarten duty daily activities of teachers and children interaction survey and analysis of experience: In the interaction of teachers and children on duty activities,teachers can increase children’s interest in participating in the interaction through games,and in the interaction,some large or middle class preschool teachers pay attention to children’s emotion and the values of duty activities,and attach importance to emotional interaction The interaction combines open-ended questions with presentation.The study also summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the interaction between teachers and children in duty life activities: the main position of teachers is obvious compared with that of young children;the content of interaction between teachers and children is not deep enough;the interactive language between teachers and children is unitary and fixed;and the interactive effect between teachers and children needs to be improved.Based on the analysis of the problems,it is found that the professional ability of the kindergarten teachers needs to be improved,the educational idea is out of step with the educational practice,the communication with parents is insufficient,and the differences in children’s personality,gender,interest and cognitive level,lack of professional training for teachers,kindergarten-based characteristics of play to be improved is the impact on the quality of daily life activities of teachers and children interaction.Then the study puts forward some strategies to improve the interactive quality of teachers and children in the daily activities of kindergarten: to improve the professional ability of preschool teachers to carry out the activities of on-duty students;respect children’s differences in the activities of on-duty students and flexibly use interactive ways;teachers should pay attention to the flexible combination of interactive forms;kindergartens should provide support and guarantee for the activities of on-duty students;home collaboration to help students on duty activities.
