Resistance training has always been one of the most important means in sprint training.Resistance sprinting in the form of sled dragging is a popular training method to improve sprint acceleration. In recent years, sled dragging training has been used in sprint training. The frequency of sled dragging is getting higher and higher. When carrying out sled dragging training,it is necessary to ensure the effective training load and take into account the correctness of the athlete’s technical movements.Based on the previous investigation, this study sets three different load resistance sleds. For drag training, after three different loads of sled drag training, combined with the analysis of the changes in the athletes’ performance in the first 30 meters of the 100-meter acceleration run and the changes in the angle of each joint of the body, the change characteristics of the relevant kinematic indicators were discussed.Comparing three different loads of sled dragging acceleration running training on the acceleration ability of subjects in different intervals of 30 meters before the 100-meter acceleration running, seeking the best exercise load in different intervals, and further revealing the effect of resistance training in sled dragging mode on the subjects. The essential characteristics of the influence of the 100-meter acceleration run.The research adopts the research methods such as literature data method, expert interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, etc. In the experimental method,24 subjects are randomly divided into 3 groups, and the maximum speed of 0-15 meters after the start of the subjects is decreased respectively.10%,25% and 50%,after three experimental interventions of sled drag resistance training with different loads, the effects of30-meter accelerated running of subjects in different groups were analyzed.Experimental results:1.After the experiment, the light load group with a 10% deceleration rate and the medium load group with a 25% deceleration rate have significant differences in the 30-meter acceleration running performance in the two load weight ranges compared with those before the experiment, and the heavy load group with a 50% deceleration rate There was no significant difference in the 30-meter acceleration running results compared with those before the experiment.2.After the experiment, there was no significant difference in the acceleration performance of the light load group whose speed was reduced by 10% compared with that before the experiment in the 0-15 m range, but there was a significant difference in the 15-30 m acceleration range; There is a significant difference in the acceleration performance of the load group in the 5-15 m interval, and there is no significant difference in the performance in the 0-5m and 15-30 m intervals; There is a significant difference in the speed of the meter, and there is no significant difference in the performance in the 15-30 meter interval.3.Compare the changes of trunk forward leaning angle, hip joint angle, and knee joint angle at the moment when the front, middle and late stage of the 30-meter acceleration are supported. There was no significant change in joint angle in the light load group with a 10%deceleration;there was a significant difference in the joint angle between the medium load group with a 25% deceleration and the heavy load group with a 50% deceleration.Experimental results:1.Using light-load drag training with a speed reduction of about 10% can effectively improve the acceleration performance of a 30-meter acceleration run of 15-30 meters.Using a medium-load drag training with a speed reduction of about 25% can effectively improve the acceleration performance of the 30-meter acceleration run of 5-15 meters.Using heavy load drag training with a speed reduction of about 50% can effectively improve the acceleration performance of 0-5 meters in a 30-meter acceleration run.2.In the initial acceleration phase when the movement speed is relatively low,the use of heavier loads for drag training has a potential advantage in developing the acceleration ability of athletes. As the speed increases, the heavier load will have a negative impact on technical movements. It is not conducive to the improvement of the speed in the later stage, and the drag load should be gradually reduced to improve the acceleration ability in the middle and later stages.3.The forward leaning angle of the trunk, hip joint angle and knee joint angle at the moment when the supporting leg touches the ground will decrease with the increase of the applied load weight. The use of heavier load drag training in the early stage of acceleration can reduce the athlete’s flight height, shorten the flight time, increase the horizontal force of the forward movement, reduce the upward component force, and improve the efficiency of the kick. The use of moderate-load drag training in the mid-acceleration stage can take into account the development of speed and stable performance of movement techniques. In the later stage of acceleration, use lighter load drag training to increase the running speed as much as possible on the premise of ensuring technical movements.
