Study On The Influence Of Different Weight-bearing Sled Running Training On The Accelerated Running Technique Of Young Sprinters

Research objective: Drag sledge training is one of the resistance training methods.As a form of action,action amplitude,action speed and strength characteristics,it is particularly similar to the technical characteristics of Sprinters in the starting acceleration stage,such as forward leaning,lowering the body center of gravity,and high explosive force.However,in the previous studies,the drag sledge training is often applied to the adult sprinters in the en route running stage The results show that there are relatively few experimental studies on the training in the acceleration stage,and no further study on the negative weight of resistance sled running in the acceleration stage for sprinters of different ages.The purpose of this paper is to explore the training effect and the suitable training weight of the Young Sprinters by comparing the effects of 8-week different weight-bearing sledge training on the kinematic technical parameters,30 m and 60 m results of the Young Sprinters in the accelerated running stage,so as to provide some theoretical and technical references for the practice of the sprint training.Research methods: The subjects of this experiment are 20 young male sprinters.Randomly divided into 4 groups,5 people in each group,in which the experimental group was 3 groups using the sled running training,the negative weight was 25%BW,40% BW,50% BW respectively,the control group was 1 group using the weight-free acceleration running,a total of 8 weeks of experiment,before and after the experiment,the data changes of the relevant kinematic index parameters,30 m and 60 m results of the subjects were compared.Using spss22.0 statistical software,paired sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were conducted.Research findings: 1.In group comparison(paired sample t test)results showed that: there was a significant difference between 40% BW group and 50% BW group in 30 m performance(P < 0.05),25% BW group in 60 m performance(P < 0.05),step change in the three experimental groups in the three stages of accelerated running were significant difference(P < 0.05),step frequency change in the three experimental groups in the 10-20 M phase of acceleration There were significant differences in 25% BW40% BW group(P < 0.01),50% BW group(P < 0.05),25%BW group and 40% BW group(P < 0.05)(P < 0.01),40% BW group and 50% BW group(P < 0.05)in trunk anteversion,40% BW group and 50% BW group(P < 0.05)in acceleration of 0-20 m,and 40% BW group and 50% BW group in leg pedal angle(P < 0.05)in acceleration of 10-20 M.2.The results of one-way ANOVA(one-way ANOVA)showed that there was a significant difference between the 30-m group and the group with 40% BW and 50% BW in trunk anteversion(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The use of 25%,40% and 50% BW drag sledge training can effectively improve the acceleration ability of Young Sprinters after starting,of which25% BW drag sledge training has effect on 30-60 m after starting,while the development of speed ability has little effect on technology,40% BW and 50% BW group have effect on 0-30 m after starting,improve the stretching ability and form good acceleration technology.(2)After the training,the step length and the step frequency of 10-20 m after the start of the three kinds of weight-bearing sled running were all increased,among which 25% BW and 40% BW group were significantly higher than 50% BW group in the 10-20 M stage.The 8-week experimental intervention was helpful to form a better step rhythm in the acceleration stage.(3)40% BW and 50% BW have a great influence on the forward inclination of trunk and the ground angle of crus at the time of kicking off.After 8 weeks of experiment,the range of forward inclination of trunk and the tibia angle of crus at the time of acceleration increase,forming a good body forward and supporting leg kicking ability,increasing the driving force of body forward and improving the acceleration ability.Recommendation:(1)It is suggested that 40% BW should be used in the resistance training of young athletes in accelerated running.After the athletes have certain adaptability to the load,50% BW can be used for resistance training to improve the acceleration ability.(2)The research object of this study is to promote the acceleration ability of Juvenile Sprinters by using the sledge training,so the weight-bearing selection is mainly to improve the acceleration ability of sprinters.It is suggested that when coaches make the sledge training program,they should combine the specific items and training purposes to determine the weight-bearing,so as to improve the performance ability of athletes.
