| Zhou Lijun as the emerging power of our women’s taekwondo team,in the world taekwondo grand slam championship series women’s taekwondo 57 KG level,three consecutive years with excellent personal play in the world taekwondo grand slam championship series,grand slam points world first outstanding women’s Tokyo Olympic Games 57 kg qualification,and through the continuous attention to Zhou Lijun in recent years,found its honor in the major competition,has become one of the women’s taekwondo 57 KG level main force.Therefore,in order to further understand Zhou Lijun’s technical and tactical characteristics and optimize its technical and tactical style,it is worth studying for Zhou Lijun’s performance in the competition.This paper mainly using literature,video observation,on the basis,mainly selected the2017 / 2018 / 2019 world taekwondo Grand Slam championship series and the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games video,the statistical analysis of various techniques and tactics,and explore zhou in the different period,find out the advantages and disadvantages and the failure of the Tokyo Olympic Games,to provide certain theoretical basis for the development of the level of taekwondo.The conclusions drawn in this article are as follows:（1）In terms of boxing technology,Zhou Lijun reached the highest utilization rate in WT series in 2017;the utilization rate decreased year by year,and the lowest utilization rate in 2 Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games reached only 1.7%.In 2017-2020,Zhou Lijun was mainly in the form of leg technical score,accounting for more than 80%;boxing technical score,accounting for less than 16%.Except for the lowest boxing technical scoring rate in 2020,with only 3.1%,there was no significant difference in the remaining annual scoring rate and form.（2）In terms of leg technique,the 2017-2020,followed by side kick and back kick technique,which are the most commonly used by Zhou Lijun in the competition.From the scoring rate,2017-2019,and the highest scoring rate was highest in 2020,and the scoring techniques were reduced,gradually showing a single scoring form.The use and score of rotary difficult technologies decreased year by year in the Zhou Lijun competition.（3）In terms of different scoring techniques,Zhou used far more technology to hit the trunk than the head than 80% in 2017-2020,and the utilization rate of high technology has fluctuated within 10%-20% in recent years.The utilization rate of median technology and high technology generally showed small fluctuations,and the trunk scoring rate showed a significant increase in 2018-2020;the scoring rate of high technology showed a downward trend year by year,reaching the lowest scoring rate in the Tokyo Olympic Games.（4）In terms of match technology,on the whole,the Zhou Li monarch should choose the post-match technology,followed by the post-match technology.In 2018,the total number of reliable technology was used the most,averaging 24.5 times per game;and at least 4.9times without each game.Up to 2.2 times per game in 2018;10.5 times in Tokyo 2020;and 15 times per game in 2019.It can be seen that the use of reliable technology is becoming more skilled with the increase of the competition session.（5）In terms of tactical use,active offensive and defensive counterattack tactics are the most commonly used tactics used by Zhou Lijun in games,with active offensive tactics reaching the highest utilization rate of 55% in 2020.It is also the main tactic of Zhou Lijun scoring in the competition,supplemented by the attack tactical scoring.In the Tokyo Olympic Games,the tactical scoring form presents a single mode,and the tactical layout is not balanced.Under the guidance of different rules,the number of offenses and defense and the number of movements show an increasing trend,which can show that Zhou Lijun’s tactics in the game is more active. |
