Research On The Offensive Organization Of Chinese Women’s Volleyball Setter In The 2021 World Volleyball League

Volleyball is a sport with changing offensive and defensive transitions,especially with the development of women’s competitive volleyball and information technology,the aggressiveness of the offense,the targeting of the defense,the perfection of the blocking technique and the understanding between opponents are different.The success rate of the first attack is decreasing,which means the importance of the defense ball in the game is gradually increasing,and the setter’s choice of the passing technique and the area of ball distribution in the process of offensive and defensive transition determines the final quality of the offensive system and affects the victory or defeat of the game.In recent years the Chinese women’s volleyball team has performed well in the world of volleyball,and many young athletes have shown excellent ability.However,the Chinese women’s volleyball team played poorly in the Tokyo Olympics and did not qualify for the tournament.Coupled with many problems such as injuries and retirement of players,the future development of Chinese women’s volleyball team is facing a serious challenge,which highlights the importance of the training of current women’s volleyball reserve players.As the “soul” and “pivot” on the volleyball court,the central role of the setter is becoming more and more prominent in the increasingly fierce competition.Therefore,this paper focuses on the performance of Chinese women’s volleyball team’s main setters and reserve setters in the 2021 World Volleyball League.Through literature research method,video observation method,mathematical and statistical method,logical analysis method and comparative analysis method,it focuses on the selection of passing techniques and ball allocation area of setters in 15 games,and analyzes the effect of offensive organization of setters through the impact on blocking after passing and the final score rate,compared the strengths and weaknesses of the offensive organization ability of the main players and the reserve players,and found out the gaps between the setters of Chinese women’s volleyball team and the setters of other countries.In the future training,to maintain the advantages and overcome the shortcomings,to form the unique style and characteristics of Chinese women’s volleyball setters,to make the offensive organization level of Chinese women’s volleyball setters more comprehensive,skilled and perfect,to provide some basis and direction for the subsequent training,reserve,training and competition of setters,the results of the study are as follows:1.In terms of offensive organization characteristics,the Chinese team mostly used jump set to organize the offense,and was able to reasonably allocate and use every offensive position,using tactics such as delayed attack and alternate position spike to avoid the opposite side of the net.2.The advantage of Chinese setters’ offensive organization is that they are more capable of forming a one-man block after passing the ball,avoiding the formation of a complete collective block more frequently;and the overall scoring rate is higher and the conceded rate is lower,reflecting that Chinese setters are able to maintain a higher quality and stable play throughout the game.3.The disadvantage of Chinese setters’ offensive organization is that the percentage of jumping pass technology and the dispersion of ball distribution area in the process of defense and counterattack are significantly lower than that of first attack;when the first pass is not in place,the scoring rate of Chinese team after organizing offense is lower than that of foreign women’s volleyball setters.4.Chinese women’s volleyball team’s main setter is stronger than the reserves in terms of practicality of jump passing skills and stability of passing performance in defense and counter.5.Ding Xia will organize more attacks in the 3-4 area group,Yao Di’s prominent feature is that the frequency of fast attacks in the 3 area is significantly higher than the other two,while Diao Linyu is more inclined to organize attacks in the front row side attack area,especially in the 2 area;in the process of defense and counterattack,the backup setter relies more on the left-side hitter,while the main setter tends to open the situation by organizing the attack of the back--row outside hitter.6.Yao Di’s ability to create one-on-one is comparable to Ding Xia’s,but Ding Xia’s ability to adjust her passes to avoid the opposite blocking net when the misplaced first pass is not in place is stronger than the others,and Diao Linyu still needs to work hard in dispersing the opponent’s blocking net.It means that the main setter is more capable of dispersing the blocking net,and the reserve setter especially needs to strengthen the concealment of the pass and the diversity of the distribution area when the first pass is not in place.7.The main setter and the attacker have better coordination and more stable play,while the backups still need to be strengthened in terms of passing quality and the rationality of ball distribution.The recommendations given in response to the conclusions are as follows:1.Focus on the cultivation of jump passing technique and strengthen physical training.2.Enhance the ability of the setter to organize the attack when the first pass is not in place.3.Enhance the reasonableness of the ball distribution area in the process of defense and counterattack.4.Strengthen the cooperation between the reserve setters and the attackers,and pay attention to the concealment of the passing technique.5.Make full use of the favorable conditions of net length and space.6.Deepen the special training and all-round quality training.
