Research On The Technical And Tactical Characteristics Of The Judo Men’s-90kg Class In The 14th National Games ——Taking The Top Eight Athletes In The Final Stage As An Example

To carry out the research on the technical and tactical characteristics of men’s-90 kg class in the 14 th National Games,the purpose is to better promote the development of men’s Judo in China.At present,the competitive level of China’s men’s judo is in a disadvantageous position in the world competition as a whole.However,with the continuous rise of athletes such as Cheng Xunzhao,the level of-90 kg judo in China has been rapidly improved,and gradually approached the competitive level of elite athletes from powerful judo countries in the world.The analysis and Research on the technical and tactical characteristics of men’s-90 kg athletes in the 14 th National Games will not only help to scientifically understand the advantages and characteristics of their technical and tactical,but also help to provide experience for the training of other kg and reserve talents in judo,so as to promote the sustainable,diversified and high-quality development of judo in China.Using the methods of literature,investigation and research,expert interview,video analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the technical and tactical characteristics of men’s judo athletes of-90 kg class by analyzing the top eight athletes who have 20 games in the finals of the 14 th National Games,On the basis of summarizing the application characteristics of techniques and tactics,analyzing the causes of the formation of techniques and tactics and the enlightenment to the cultivation of high-level reserve talents in China,this paper puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures for the cultivation of high-level reserve talents in judo in China.The results show that:（1）The top eight athletes in the men’s-90 kg competition of the 14 th National Games mainly use a throwing technique in the technical use,and the athlete’s throwing technique mainly uses the hand technique with a higher success rate.In terms of details using techniques,the most used technique is the back-drop technique,but the success rate of back-drop is only 28%,followed by only floating and body-drop techniques.Tactically,the rush attack was the most used by the top eight athletes,with an average of 3.75 per game.Defensive and counter-attack tactics are rarely used in the game,with an average of 0.35 per game,indicating that the top eight players lack awareness of counter-attack in the game.（2）When analyzing the technical and tactical characteristics of the top eight athletes,it was found that Buhe Bilig and Xie Yadong were comprehensive in the application of technical and tactical skills,and Xie Yadong used innovative technology in the competition.Batu Erdun is good at using the combination of physical tactics and rules and tactics to win the game,and Wang Yi also chooses to combine physical tactics and sleeping skills when there are many physical tactics.Ma Congming and Zhao Zhitao used a lot of proud skills in the game,but the success rate was not high due to the frequent use.（3）It can be found from the competition style that the competition style of the top eight men’s judo-90 kg athletes in China is relatively stable and slow.The reason for the stable and slow competition style is that the classification is reduced under the new rules,and the athletes are used to preliminary exploratory attack,but the competition style of fast and fierce attack adopted by gold medalist Bu and billiger and silver medalist Xie Yadong,They won the game quickly and smoothly under the tactical style of fast and fierce attack.（4）Through the Chinese men’s Judo gold medal winning team,it can be seen that China’s Judo projects need to vigorously develop reserve talents and traditional wrestling culture.The training of reserve talents of Inner Mongolia team and Mongolian Bok movement provide a useful reference for the development of judo in China,especially the training of reserve talents.（5）Men’s judo in my country needs to be more innovative and comprehensive in techniques and tactics.It refers to similar wrestling events and Brazilian jiu-jitsu,and turns it into its own innovative technology without violating the rules,and takes tactics as the focus of daily training.It is necessary to adapt to the latest game rules in time before the game,and to play the tactical style of fast and onslaught during the game.Vigorously develop the judo reserve force,improve the judo development system,and take our national traditional wrestling culture as the mainstay of judo talent selection.
