Research On The Characteristics Of Technical And Tactical Application Of Taekwondo Women Athletes In The 13th National Games

Taekwondo has become the dominant key projects,China’s Olympic gold project,but with the continuous changes of competition rules,the future development of the situation Chinese women’s Taekwondo is still grim,to maintain the advantage in the project also need to further improve the deficiencies of our tactical system,further improve the competitive level.Every four years the National Women’s Taekwondo is the highest level of competition,the Thirteenth National Games women’s Taekwondo four level four players as an example,using the method of literature,expert interviews,video observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the statistics of the four a level Four player tactics,tactics characteristics analysis of different levels of players technical,to grasp the situation and development trend of China’s women’s taekwondo,provide a reference for the future of China’s elite female Taekwondo Teaching and training,to help them improve the overall tactical level,hope to achieve greater breakthroughs in the future in the game.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The Thirteenth National Games women’s Taekwondo Athletes in the game using the technology,is the highest utilization rate of forward cross kick,kick,side kick and splitting,the highest score is before the kick and kick,split,frequent use of basic skills;high level players using single score means rich enough.2.Combined technology with Taekwondo,Thirteenth National Games women’s game in the two main attack,even continuous counterattack,and even more of three,of which two of even the most frequently used,scoring the highest rate,continuous time counter,even more,the lowest scores of at least two;even the attack rate with the level of use decrease the use of continuous fighting,rate gradually increased with the increase of level,the proportion of the use of even no obvious trend.3.The use of high technology small level athletes were significantly higher than high level,but the success rate is lower than the big level athletes;chop,before the kick is the most used high technology,the highest score,high score technology means single,technologies use less and the effect is not ideal;from the different levels of athletes,the most abundant type-49 kg class athletes high technology,high level athletes use-57 kg technology limited.4.Offensive tactics,tactical combat and defensive tactics are the three main tactics of China Women Taekwondo athletes use in the race,and active attack tactics,meet thetactical use rate,scoring rate is significantly higher than the other tactics.The tactical use of large athletes is relatively simple,and the application rate of active attack is lower than that of middle and low level athletes.The use rate of defensive counterattack is higher than that of small rank players,but the success rate is low.
