| With the deepening integration of information technology and education,the demand for vividness,interest,situational and interactive learning materials is becoming stronger and stronger.In basic education,geography involves many geographical things and phenomena,and the spatial scale span is large.However,the original multimedia two-dimensional teaching method mainly meets the basic visual needs and lacks immersion and interactivity.Therefore,it is not vivid and fun in the teaching process,and the teaching effect is not ideal.The rapid development of virtual reality technology can create a realistic virtual teaching environment for students and effectively solve this problem.Through the research on the application of the existing virtual reality technology in education,it is found that there are some problems in the virtual education products of geography,such as insufficient teaching.Students’ lack of effective guidance in the learning process leads to the vague state of unclear goals,which affects the realization of teaching effect.Therefore,in the process of courseware design,it is of great practical significance to provide students with corresponding learning guidance and timely feedback.The purpose of this study is to stimulate students’ flow state in the virtual reality learning environment,so as to improve learning interest and learning efficiency.The research takes the virtual teaching courseware as the main object,the flow theory as the main theoretical guidance,combined with user research,summarizes the design principles and design framework of the virtual teaching courseware,and selects the junior middle school geography textbook as an example.After the completion of the development,the function test and user experience feedback of the courseware are used to test its situation in stimulating the state of cardiac flow and improving the learning effect,so as to verify the effectiveness of the courseware.The research process of this paper is divided into the following stages:The first stage is the current situation analysis.Finally,based on the literature review,this paper combs the main research ideas and the research process of this paper,and then determines the research direction of this paper.The second stage is theoretical research.Through the concept research of virtual reality and flow theory,combined with the teaching characteristics of geography,this paper explores the feasibility and key points of the combination of virtual reality geography teaching courseware and flow theory,so as to provide theoretical support for the subsequent design and development.The third stage is user research.Adopt appropriate research methods to investigate the target users,get the user’s pain points and user needs through the analysis of the research results,and then tap the design opportunity points to clarify the specific direction of design practice.The fourth stage is the formulation of design principles and design strategies.According to the previous user survey and the stimulation conditions of cardiac flow experience,this paper summarizes the design contents of the courseware related to cardiac flow elements,and finally formulates the design principles and design strategies of the courseware according to the characteristics of students and disciplines,so as to guide the subsequent example development.The fifth stage is the development and use evaluation of design examples.The junior middle school geography textbook is selected as the design object.By analyzing the content and knowledge scope of the textbook,combined with the survey results of students’ characteristics and needs,the development and design is carried out based on the guidance of design framework,design principles and design strategies.After the development,a certain number of students are invited to test the courseware and get the feedback results.The results show that the courseware can effectively stimulate students’ interest and enthusiasm in learning.The design of flow stimulation conditions can effectively stimulate students’ flow state,and improve the pleasure and efficiency of learning.In the theoretical sense,it broadens the theoretical vision for the combination of flow theory and virtual teaching;In practical sense,it provides more solutions for the development of virtual reality education;In the social sense,it promotes the development of digital education and resource construction. |
