| Research purposes: This paper takes the three key athletes Gong Lijiao,Zhang Linru and Gao Yang(all three athletes use the sliding shot put technique)who are preparing for the Tokyo Olympics in the women’s shot put as the research objects.The game is shot,and each player selects the best score of 1 shot per game.Mainly use Fastmove 3D analysis software to analyze video kinematics.The obtained relevant kinematic index parameters were sorted and analyzed,and the commonality and individuality of athletes’ special throwing techniques were explored.The purpose is to understand the technical characteristics of my country’s outstanding female shot put players at this stage,help athletes and coaches to better understand the current throwing skills,and hope to help athletes and coaches improve throwing skills in daily training.Research methods: This paper mainly adopts the method of literature data,observation method,experiment method,comparative analysis method and mathematical statistics method.Research results: 1.The average time of the three outstanding female shot put players was 0.56±0.05 s in the sliding stage,0.09±0.06 s in the transition stage,and0.24±0.02 s in the final exertion stage.2.The average speed of the body center of gravity and the equipment at the moment when the right foot of the three outstanding female lead players left the ground was 2.28±0.15m/s,2.72±0.52m/s,and the average speed of the right shoulder and left shoulder was 2.66±0.56m/s,3.04±0.41m/s,the average velocities of the right and left hips were 2.58±0.4m/s,2.74±0.53m/s,and the average velocities of the right and left knees were 2.96±0.36m/s,2.05±0.56 m,respectively /s;at the moment when the right foot hits the ground,the center of gravity of the body and the average speed of the equipment are 2.28±0.17m/s and 2.41±0.45m/s,respectively,and the average speeds of the right shoulder and left shoulder are 2.38±0.42m/s and 2.97±0.50m/s,respectively.,the average velocities of the right and left hips were 1.91±0.51m/s and2.70±0.4m/s,respectively,and the average velocities of the right and left knees were2.98±0.39m/s and 2.06±0.41m/s,respectively;The instantaneous center of gravity and the average speed of the equipment were 2.23±0.18m/s and 2.75±0.31m/s,respectively.The average speed of the right shoulder and left shoulder were2.28±0.35m/s and 3.68±0.61m/s,respectively.The right hip and left hip were The average speeds were 2.36±0.47m/s and 2.23±0.31m/s,respectively,and the average speeds of the right knee and the three outstanding female lead players’ right foot off the ground were 54±2.7° respectively,and the average angles of the right hip,knee and ankle were 99±4.85°,136±5.34°,108±2.36°.The average angle between the legs and the back inclination of the trunk were 88±5.63° and 41±2.48°,respectively.The average angles of the right hip,knee,and ankle at the moment when the right foot touched the ground were 104±4.94°,108±4.68°,94±4.24°,and the average angles of the left hip,knee,and ankle were 158±5.86°,163±8.51°,respectively,110±6.68°,the average angle between the legs and the back inclination angle of the trunk were74±5.55° and 44±2.89°,respectively.The average angles of the right hip,knee,and ankle at the moment when the left foot touched the ground were left hip,knee and ankle were 160±5.29°,169±4.52°,143° ±4.37°.4.The center of gravity and the average trajectory length of the equipment in the sliding stage of the three outstanding female lead players were 0.20±0.05 m,0.22±0.03 m,and the average displacement lengths were 0.75±0.04 m and 0.73±0.04 m,respectively.The center of gravity and the equipment averaged in the transition stage.The trajectory lengths were 0.20±0.03 m,0.20±0.03 m,and the average displacement lengths were 0.18±0.03 m,0.19±0.03 m,respectively.The center of gravity and the average trajectory lengths of the instruments in the final force stage were 0.50±0.03 m,1.56±0.05 m,The average displacement lengths were 0.40±0.04 m and 1.21±0.07 m,respectively.5.The average shot speed of the three outstanding female lead players was12.30±0.40m/s,the average shot angle was 37±2.07°,and the average shot height was2.04±0.04 m.Research conclusions: 1.Gong Lijiao’s transition period is long,while Zhang Linru’s transition period is short.The duration of the three athletes varied greatly in the sliding phase and the transition phase,and the duration of the final exertion phase was relatively stable.2.The speed of the center of gravity of the three athletes has a low synchronization with the speed of the equipment during the sliding stage,and all three athletes have the phenomenon of premature force in some parts of the body during the throwing process.Gong Lijiao lost too much speed in the sliding stage.The left leg swing technique of Gao Yang and Zhang Linru still needs to be improved,the ability to control the limbs during the throwing process needs to be improved,and the stability of the throwing technique needs to be improved.3.Gong Lijiao,Gao Yang and Zhang Linru showed more reasonable body angles during the throwing of the three athletes.Some of the body angles of Gao Yang and Zhang Linru during the throwing process are unreasonable,which reduces the quality of throwing skills.4.Gong Lijiao’s equipment displacement and trajectory and body center of gravity displacement and trajectory are longer than those of Gao Yang and Zhang Linru.Gao Yang and Zhang Linru have shorter sliding distances,and their left foot landing technique needs to be improved.5.Among the three athletes,Gong Lijiao has the fastest shot,Gao Yang has the smallest shot angle and the highest shot height.Gao Yang and Zhang Linru’s shooting speed is relatively low,and the speed of the two still needs to be further improved.6.Gong Lijiao’s transition time was significantly negatively correlated with athletic performance;Gao Yang’s transitional time was significantly positively correlated with athletic performance;Zhang Linru’s sliding stage time and total time were significantly negatively correlated with athletic performance,and the right hip angle at the moment when the left foot touched the ground There was a significant positive correlation with athletic performance. |
