The sports analysis of the skating technique and final exertion characteristics of China's excellent female shot put athletes at the present stage can provide technical references for China's current female shot put athletes,and provide specific indicators for the better guidance and training of coaches,so as to improve the throwing performance of Chinese shot put athletes.In this paper,through research and analysis,find out the present stage our country woman shot-putter slide in the movement features of the technology and the existing problems and put forward reasonable Suggestions,for women's shot put the scientific training of excellent athletes in our country and shot put technique provides the theory basis for the cultivation of reserve talented person.Hold to March 26,2017-31 national throwing March(1)and the national throwing March(2)before the final five excellent shot-put athletes with backward sliding step technical action as the research object in Xi'pu,Si'cuan.Mainly using the method of biomechanical tests and comparative analysis from the Angle of time space and speed their kinematics technical features of shot put technique.Research results: compared with the level of outstanding athletes in the world,there is a certain gap between Chinese women's shot put athletes.In this study,the various sports indexes of Liu Xiangrong and Dong Yangzi were relatively poor,and the athlete of Bian Ka had the best performance in the movement.The sliding distance,the speed of the swing leg and the Angle of the knee joint of the knee joint were the largest,while the forward inclination of the body,the speed of the body's center of gravity and the time of double support in the transition stage were the smallest.Therefore,it is shown that Bian Ka's leg explosive force is good,the strength is concentrated,the supporting leg is strong,and the rhythm of the sliding step is in better control.The athlete Geng Shuang and Guo Tianqian swung the leg faster,the Angle between the two legs was relatively large,the Angle of the front Angle of the body,the Angle of supporting the knee joint and the movement value of the sliding step distance were almost identical,they had little difference in their athletic performance,but they had a slight difference in the speed index,and Guo's center of gravity was faster,and the speed of the swinging leg was faster and the double support time was too long.Thus,based on the comparison and analysis,it can be specified speed indicator are the important factors that affect performance.Research conclusion: Guo Tianqian and Geng Shuang smooth compact rhythm control step phase.From the perspective of kinematics,the kinematics index of Dong Yangzi is poor in physical quality compared with other athletes.The Angle between the two legs is too small,the front Angle of the body is too big,the swing of the swing leg is not enough,and a series of problems such as the premature turning of the hip.It analyze that internal relation between action and action of five athletes in skidding technology,and discover that the connecting of Bian Ka and Guo Tianqian's spirit are the least in the slip-step technology,and the joint of each action are better.
