| Objective: To improve the performance of shoulder muscle strength and stability and reduce the risk of injury by combining TRX suspension training on the basis of traditional training for body-building and fitness students.Through experimental research,the mechanism and characteristics of TRX training effect are analyzed and discussed,providing reference for bodybuilding and fitness trainers to use TRX suspension training.Methods: In this paper,20 fitness students from Xi ’an Institute of Physical Education,grade2019,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,10 people in each group.The experimental group was added TRX suspension training in addition to special training,and the control group was only given special training for 8 weeks,3 times a week,60 minutes each time.Before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were tested for the stability of the upper limb of the closed dynamic chain,Y-balance(UQ),the internal and external peak torque and ratio of the constant muscle force,the maximum force of the shoulder joint,the strength endurance of the shoulder joint,and the explosive force of the upper arm.Spss22.0 software was used to conduct statistical analysis of experimental results.Independent sample T test was used between groups and paired sample T test was used within groups.Results:(1)Shoulder joint strength endurance: in the static lateral lift test,there was a significant difference on the left side(P < 0.05);There was a significant difference on the right side(P < 0.01).There was significant difference in pull-up test(P < 0.05).Push-up test showed significant difference(P < 0.01).In the control group,there was significant difference only in the right static lateral lift(P < 0.05).(2)Maximum strength of shoulder joint: in the experimental group,there were significant differences in the strength of left and right abduction,right adduction,left external rotation and right forward flexion of shoulder joint(P < 0.05).There were significant differences between right lateral extension and right lateral rotation(P < 0.01).The control group had left and right lateral abduction and forward flexion.There were also significant differences in right adduction and internal rotation test results(P < 0.05).(3)Explosive power of upper limbs: there was significant difference in the test of sitting posture pushing forward with solid ball(P < 0.05);The control group also had significant difference(P < 0.05).The increase was higher in the experimental group.(4)Closed power chain upper limb stability test: the indexes of the experimental group showed significant differences before and after training(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the test value of control group(P > 0.05).(5)Y-balance(UQ)comprehensive value test: there was no significant change in the data on the left and right side of the control group(P > 0.05),and there was a slight downward trend on the left side.There were significant differences on the left and right sides of the experimental group(P < 0.05).(6)Shoulder constant muscle force 60°/S test: the indexes of right internal peak torque,right external peak torque and left external peak torque in the experimental group were significantly different from those before training(P < 0.05);IR/ER showed a difference on the right side and an upward trend but not obvious on the left side.In the control group,the peak torque of internal rotation on the right side of shoulder joint was significantly different(P < 0.05),and some indexes had slight fluctuations and were not significant,even IE/ER had a slight downward trend.Conclusion:(1)body building exercise of shoulder joint participation than major,involves the muscle group widely,good shoulder joint muscle strength and stability is the foundation of athletic performance,special increase related TRX suspension training in the training can improve the shoulder joint power imbalance,before and after strengthening scapula muscle group assist,to adapt to the jar brachial joint movement.(2)TRX suspension training is more ideal for improving the strength and endurance level of shoulder joint.The enhancement of the maximum strength of the six functions of glenohumeral joint was mainly shown in posterior extension and external rotation,while the other functions showed certain advantages in the improvement range and the number of indicators.(3)Special exercises for bodybuilding and fitness are simulated in the TRX suspension training mode by adjusting its own gravity to form resistance,which can enhance the relative strength level of the body.(4)The load of TRX suspension training mainly comes from the pendulum structural resistance,and the movements are mostly carried out in the form of closed chain movement.The cooperative work of multiple articular muscle groups and the struggle against unstable state not only improves the stability of shoulder joint,but also has a positive effect on the upper limb motor function,core force control and other motor abilities. |
