The contemporary Chinese social mobility model is characterized by intergenerational inheritance, and the descendants of the descendants and their parents show a high degree of identity, similarity, and class reproduction.Network and other media frequently appear "X second generation phenomenon" to a certain extent reflects the flow pattern. Under the guidance of relevant domestic and foreign social flow, reproduction theory and practical experience, this paper investigates the second generation of the mine, and obtains the basic information, the position flow and the position flow of the coal worker through the literature analysis method, the questionnaire survey method and the access method. Subjective feelings and other information, combined with qualitative description analysis and quantitative data statistics, from the perspective of class reproduction to explain the inheritance of the relationship between the model, to explore how coal miners to maintain their own resources, to achieve intergenerational transmission of resources.In the introduction, the thesis expounds the background and significance of the research, summarizes the relevant theories at home and abroad, and explains the research methods, objects and several related issues. Then,through the investigation of the current situation of the social movement of the workers in Yangquan City, the data of the three aspects of intergenerational flow, intra - generation flow and occupation access are analyzed and found that the social mobility embodies the inheritance characteristics. Then, the paper discusses the process of reproduction of the workers’ class in Guzhuang coal mine, and analyzes the transmission of intergenerational resources between the "internal system" and "outside the system" of the coal mine workers. From the three perspectives of the institution system, family background and identity, The process of reproduction. And finally put forward three measures to speed up the social flow and promote the integration of the class: popularize high school education, accelerate the development of vocational education; promote the institutional restructuring of enterprises to achieve separation of government and enterprises; spread social mainstream values, strengthen self-identity.Through the study found that the workers of the solid coal mine workers from the school after graduation or soldiers retired, engaged in the same miners with the same work, regardless of identity, political outlook, or in the professional units to show a clear inheritance; After the basic work is no longer change, the flow within the generation of weak liquidity. The hierarchical status of the parent and the descendants has a high degree of similarity, resulting in class reproduction. Parents’ possession of resources,institutional inertia, family background, and descendants of the identity of their own identity will affect the reproduction process. At the same time this process can lead to stratification, is not conducive to social mobility.Although this paper puts forward some measures to speed up the social flow and break through the class reproduction, it needs to be further studied in order to put forward more concrete and feasible suggestions.
