| Specialized endurance is one of the most basic abilities in soccer,and a good level of specialized endurance is a guarantee for players to complete various high-quality technical movements in long matches.The nature of modern soccer determines that the physical training of players must be combined with technical training and tactical training to form a special physical ability that meets the needs of the game.As a teaching and training method,small-field confrontation training has been widely used in the field of soccer technical training and physical training in foreign soccer countries.This study investigates the effect of small-field confrontation training on the special endurance of college high-level male soccer players,aiming to provide a more effective training method for the endurance training of college high-level soccer players.The method adopted in this study is literature review method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.18 players in the high-level soccer team of East China Normal University were used as experimental subjects,and the experimental groups(3V3 group and 6V6 group)all adopted small-field confrontation training method for a six-week experimental intervention to explore the effect of small-field confrontation training with different numbers of players on their special endurance,and the findings are as follows.(1)Through the analysis of YOYO fitness test scores as well as 5×25 m foldback run scores,the YOYO fitness test scores and 5×25 m foldback run scores of the 3V3 group and the 6V6 group both improved after the six-week small-field confrontation training intervention,but the YOYO fitness test scores and 5×25 m foldback run scores of the 3V3 group improved more,indicating that the 3V3 form of This indicates that the 3V3 small-field confrontation training is more effective than the 6V6 small-field confrontation training in promoting the players’ special endurance level.(2)The RPE values of the players in each group were higher than those of the6V6 group,which proved that the physiological load of the 3V3 small-field training was greater than that of the 6V6 group from the players’ subjective point of view.(3)Small-field confrontation training can improve players’ specific endurance level,and by changing relevant variables,such as the number of players,it can affect the change of training load.The general rule is that the smaller the number of players involved in small-sided training,the higher the load on the players.Recommendations.(1)It is recommended that soccer coaches adopt the small-field confrontation training method,and change the intensity of training by adjusting the number of participants in small-field confrontation training,so as to target the development of players’ specific aerobic endurance or anaerobic endurance.(2)In view of the multiple training benefits and flexible operation of small-field confrontation training,coaches can exercise small-field confrontation training methods in different training cycles and explore the periodization of small-field confrontation training.(3)Coaches can flexibly use the small-field confrontation training method according to the different training objects,training objectives and training stages,so as to design training plans and arrange training work in a targeted manner. |
