As a new force in realizing the Chinese Dream,the physical and mental development of junior high school students is particularly critical.While junior high school students are in a changeable and sensitive adolescence,they yearn for a good peer relationship and suffer from communication barriers,which seriously restricts their physical and mental development.Therefore,how to quickly and effectively improve the peer communication ability of junior high school students is an important topic that needs to be solved urgently.The Confucian ritual culture contains rich contents that regulate people’s daily behaviors,and provides solid theoretical guidance for obtaining good interpersonal relationships.It has become a hot topic of new concern in the fields of education and management.Under the background of education reform to promote the all-round development of students,the research uses Confucian ritual culture as a means to explore the theoretical and practical value of Confucian ritual culture education in improving junior high school students’ peer interaction ability.In order to explore the status quo of Confucian etiquette culture education,junior high school students’ peer communication ability,and Confucian etiquette culture to improve junior high school students’ peer communication ability,based on Confucian communication theory and acceptance theory,the research uses questionnaires,interviews and other methods to conduct research.A survey of 1009 junior high school students through the self-compiled "Confucian Ritual Culture Education to Improve Peer Communication Ability of Junior High School Students",combined with interviews with 10 teachers and 10 students,found that junior high school students’ peer communication ability and whether the school set up a Confucian ritual culture system.There are significant differences in whether schools practice the Confucian etiquette culture system well,peer communication skills are generally unsatisfactory,and Confucian etiquette culture education is insufficient.The specific manifestations are: junior high school students are not willing to actively communicate,lack the ability to get along with each other,control Poor emotional ability,lack of Confucian culture education courses in junior high schools,old-fashioned education methods,and lack of campus culture construction.In addition,it is found that Confucian ritual education has a significant positive effect on the peer communication ability of junior high school students.Based on this,the research intends to further explore the direction of improving junior high school students’ peer communication ability by strengthening the Confucian etiquette culture education and giving full play to the advantages of Confucian etiquette culture education in improving the peer communication ability of junior high school students.The research is guided by Confucian communication theory,comprehensive literature research,empirical research,and theoretical basis content,selects 54 students in a middle school class as the object,and conducts three rounds of educational action research on Confucian etiquette culture to improve junior high school students’ peer communication ability.The duration is: three months.The research focuses on the three aspects of cognition,skills and emotions,and relies on the theme activities of Confucian ritual culture.Through continuous discovery,reflection and improvement,the development and implementation of action research is guaranteed.The ability of students to communicate with their peers has been greatly improved.Based on the results of the current situation survey and three rounds of action research,as well as the theoretical basis of the research,the following countermeasures and suggestions for Confucian etiquette culture to improve junior high school students’ peer communication ability are put forward: Strengthen the cognition of Confucian etiquette culture’s view of making friends,improve peer communication awareness,and pay attention to the presentation form of Confucian etiquette culture friendship content.Promote the mastery of communication skills,and innovate educational methods to strengthen the emotional management of peer communication.
