In the era of educational informatization,the development of personalized learning that respects students’ individual abilities has become a new trend in educational research.At present,the shortcomings of regular teaching and learning that make it difficult to adapt to the individual needs of learners are becoming more apparent day by day.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a deeper analysis of the individual characteristics of learners.In the teaching process,the "5-point hierarchy" of "excellent,good,intermediate,pass,and fail" is commonly used by teachers to evaluate students’ learning effects.However,students with the same grading level often have different cognitive states,and the true mastery of students cannot be directly observed from the score records.Without clarifying the cognitive evolution path implicit in the learning process of an individual,it is impossible to provide timely feedback on the cognitive state of learners and promote them to achieve deep learning.In the field of education,the application of scientific methods to excavate students’ personality characteristics from their learning behavior data is a prerequisite for the successful development of "teaching in accordance with their aptitude".In view of the problems of learning disorientation,cognitive load,and untimely feedback on cognitive status of learners during the learning process,this study combines fuzzy cognitive diagnosis model and four-parameter logistics model based on item response theory to analyze the cognitive state of advanced mathematics of students in D University of Yunnan province.Then,the article proposes a design method for constructing a fuzzy cognitive graph that characterizing the changes of learners’ cognitive states based on constructivist theory,schema theory,cognitive diagnostic theory,and classification of educational objectives theory.It also elaborates the construction process of fuzzy cognitive graph of learners from three aspects,including the construction of course knowledge graph,the diagnosis of learners’ cognitive level,the visualization of cognitive graph.Finally,a personalized learning platform with the tendency test of learning style,quantitative assessment of cognitive level,accurate construction of cognitive graph,dynamic pushing of learning paths,and similar recommendation of learning peers is constructed,to realize accurate learning supported by learning analysis technology.The analysis of this study shows that personalized recommendation based on learners’ fuzzy cognitive graph is a development and exploration of personalized learning research,and provides a new idea for personalized recommendation,which has certain reference significance.Therefore,this study is innovative in terms of theory and research methods.
