| In the modern educational needs of diversified talents,the concepts of"student-centered" and "individualized teaching" have been continuously popularized,and personalized teaching has been constantly pushed to new heights.Nowadays,the society has entered the era of digital intelligence,and modern information technology has provided a new research paradigm for the needs of personalized teaching.The state and education departments will also use big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies as a push to promote personalized education,and related research is on the rise.Based on the learner-centered concept,guided by metacognitive theory and cognitive structure learning theory,this thesis uses modern technologies and methods such as cognitive diagnosis tools and knowledge map to develop a personalized learning service system to support learners ’personalized learning needs in classroom teaching.Firstly,by reviewing domestic and foreign literature,this thesis summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of several related elements of personalized teaching,learner modeling,knowledge graph and cognitive diagnosis under the background of artificial intelligence big data,and establishes the content of this thesis.Then,this thesis systematically introduces the research of metacognition theory,cognitive structure learning theory,modern measurement tools of cognitive diagnosis and knowledge graph technology,and demonstrates the feasibility of combining theory and technology to promote personalized learning,as the theoretical source and main technology of this thesis.Then,the core learner model of personalized learning was constructed,and the learner model was constructed from three dimensions of basic information,cognitive level and learning style,and relevant data were collected and prepared.Then,taking the algorithm and program chapters of information technology in high school as an example,the entity relationship model and data set of knowledge are constructed.After that,this thesis systematically analyzes the functional requirements and system requirements of the personalized service system,and develops the personalized service system based on web architecture by using the front-end interaction technology.It realizes the fine-grained diagnosis of the learner’s knowledge state,visualizes the learner’s portrait,and presents the learning state and subject knowledge map of the learner with an intuitive effect.And provide knowledge retrieval,intelligent question answering and other convenient learning services.Finally,this thesis integrates the personalized learning service system with the teaching classroom,and constructs a learner-centered teaching strategy under the support of the system.Under this strategy,a teaching case was designed according to the research object and environment,and an online and offline integration teaching practice supported by a personalized learning system was carried out.In this process,a comparison experiment was designed to verify the effect of the system on learning,which proved that the personalized learning system based on cognitive diagnosis and knowledge map had a positive effect on improving students ’metacognitive ability and subject knowledge level.This thesis takes learners’ metacognitive ability of higher-order thinking as one of the key goals,develops a personalized learning service system supported by cognitive diagnosis model and knowledge graph technology,takes teaching practice application as the process,and demonstrates the role of personalized learning service system by teaching contrast experiment.It is an application practice of science and technology empowering personalized education,hoping to provide certain contribution and reference to personalized teaching. |
