Technical Analysis Of Men’s Score In Yunnan University Sanda Championship—Taking Middle And Small Level As An Example

This paper takes the technical analysis of the scoring technology of the men’s group of the small and medium level in the 2020 Yunnan Provincial College Students’ Sanda Championship as the research object.By watching the video of the competition,the paper points out the use of technical actions of the small and medium level as a whole and individual level.The research results are as follows:（1）In the men’s sanda championship of yunnan University students,the technical level of sanda is generally low,and the main problems are as follows:（1）Lack of physical strength.（2）The action structure is unstable.（3）The technical action used is too single.（4）Less means of scoring.（5）The use of technical actions is not standardized.（6）The score consciousness is not clear,hold too much resulting in more penalties;To sum up,college sanda athletes in Yunnan province need to be further improved in terms of physical reserve,proficiency in sanda techniques,comprehensive mastery of techniques,diversification of scoring techniques,and training of scoring awareness.（2）Comprehensive analysis of the situation,the small level athletes wrestling effective scoring rate is high,the technical style is inclined to use wrestling to hold the majority,boxing effective scoring rate is low,part of the reason is that boxing is mostly used to feint,cover the use of wrestling,and part of the reason is that the small level of flexible pace,boxing less can hit.The success rate of boxing and leg combination technique is higher in middle-level athletes,and the combination technique is used more,but the effective scoring rate of boxing is lower,and the throwing technique is less used.（3）The use rate of boxing combination is very high,but the scoring rate is not high.Middle level players use more fist and leg combination,and the effective scoring rate is higher than the lower level players,while the lower level players use more fist and fall combination,and the effective scoring rate is higher than the middle level players.（4）The technical development of college sanda athletes requires a more comprehensive grasp of sanda techniques,emphasis on the accuracy of action standards,enrichment of the diversity of technical movements,giving full play to the technical characteristics of individual technical styles,highlighting the use of individual skills,attaching importance to the combination of techniques,and making scientific and reasonable training plans.
