With the rapid development of social economy,the demand for water resources is increasing,resulting in the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in China.However,the uneven distribution of annual average rainfall in time and space in China makes flood disasters easy to occur in flood season,while drought is easy to occur in dry season,forming the characteristics of alternating droughts and floods.As a kind of available fresh water resource,flood resources can be realized through scientific and reasonable control and application to reduce natural disasters at the same time.This paper An Zhao Xin river basin in Daqing area each series flood detention area as the research object,based on the flood resources,the necessity of floodwater utilization in the region,and the flood detention area flood resources optimization analysis,the feasibility in series the joint optimal operation of flood detention area,and carries on the risk analysis,concrete research content is as follows:(1)The hydrological data in the region,the Ann wang needed bubble An Zhao Xin basin in the study area,north within 20 miles in the bubble,bubble,Treasury bubble law of flood retention areas were analyzed,and get the region flood in flood season show a feature of high frequency and large scale,and in the few season rainfall and drought disasters frequently occur,almost no flood regulation requirements.In order to accelerate the process of regional development,keep up with the need of water resources for regional industrial and agricultural development,solve the flood disaster and provide the required water resources for the dry season,it is necessary to convert the flood generated in the high water period into available fresh water resources through scientific regulation.(2)The regularity of water discharge in the detention area of Zhaoxin River Basin over the years is analyzed.All the detention areas have DAMS and gates,which belong to adjustable flood storage and detention areas,but have not been endowed with the storage function,and a large amount of storage capacity has not been fully utilized.Selecting typical flood detention area,improve flood detention zone by engineering perspective respectively flood control level raised and non-engineering level Angle with the improved genetic algorithm optimization of flood process,according to the laws of the attributes and regional flood retention areas itself to improve the standard genetic algorithm,can increase the utilization rate of storage capacity,improve the efficiency of flood resources transformation,verify the feasibility of floodwater utilization by calculation.Therefore,the research on flood resource utilization of the flood detention area in the research area conforms to the legal provisions and the needs of the scientific control of flood resources in the area.(3)Aiming at the problem of water imbalance in long-term operation caused by water stagnation in the optimal water storage operation of the series flood detention area and the water storage in the flood detention area caused by water stagnation,the optimal water storage operation model of the series flood detention area considering water stagnation and the stepwise optimization method were proposed to solve the model in blocks.Based on the analysis of the difference of the influence of water lag on the optimization of water storage and the optimization of power generation,the calculation method was adjusted,and only the influence of water lag caused by the outflow from the adjacent superior flood detention area was considered.The design flood occurred once in 100 years in the basin,and the validity of the model was verified.The joint optimal operation of the flood detention area considering the water stagnation is also carried out for other floods of different frequencies.The results show that the model meets the water storage demand of the reservoir,reflects the water storage benefit affected by water stagnation,and gives full play to the water storage potential of the reservoir group under the premise of ensuring the operation safety.The conversion efficiency of flood resources of all frequency floods has been improved to realize the basin flood resource recovery.(4)Analyze the crash risk factors,discretize the continuous equation of the water flow simulation,set the flow boundary,the flood detention zone after the crash to flood simulation of surrounding areas,some typical villages and towns surrounding the flood detention zone,to simulate all the village flood inundation risk degree calculation data,and draw a flood risk map,so as to provide reference for construction of flood control safety in the region.
