Development Of Laser Wire Stripping Machine

This article mainly focuses on the domestic wire harness processing field.In order to promote the manual process of stripping,speed up stripping efficiency and improve stripping quality,a laser stripping machine was developed.The development of the laser wire stripping machine is mainly to design the hardware system,the upper computer software and the mechanical structure.The hardware system design of the laser wire stripping machine mainly includes the circuit with the STC single-chip microcomputer as the core,power conversion circuit,serial communication circuit,motor drive circuit,etc.The wire stripping parameters are sent to the upper computer through the serial port,which can realize the stripping processing of the wire harness.The upper computer software is implemented in C# language.Through the design of the window interface,data is received,stored and sent.The upper computer can display real-time working data,and can modify and resend the data.A new stripping method is designed on the mechanical structure,including the use of dual optical path structure for stripping,the design of a screw slide and an adjustable tooling,which reduces the number of repeated stripping and greatly increases the stripping efficiency.The laser wire stripping machine designed in this paper has been used by operators,and all technical indicators can fully meet the wire stripping requirements.
