Wind speed has always been closely related to human life.The measurement of low wind speed is an important part of meteorological monitoring.Many anemometers used to measure low wind speed were born.In order to get accurate measurement results,it is necessary to obtain the wind speed through the wind speed generator,so as to calibrate the anemometer.There are two ways to generate wind speed,wind tunnel method and rotating arm method.Because wind tunnel is difficult to produce uniform and stable low wind speed,it is generally used in high wind speed conditions,and rotating arm method can easily produce uniform and stable low wind speed.According to the principle of generating wind speed by rotating arm method,this thesis designs a wind speed generating device of rotating arm machine,which can generate the corresponding wind speed through accurate speed acquisition.(1)The Three phase Motor is selected as the power source of the arm spinning machine,the control principle and speed control method of the motor are introduced in detail,the double closed-loop control system is designed as the control scheme of the motor,and the simulation model is established based on the mathematical model.Three phase Motor mostly adopts PI control,but the simulation results show that the effect of traditional PI control is not ideal.Aiming at the problems of large overshoot and poor dynamic performance of PI control,a fuzzy PI controller is designed by combining fuzzy control with PI control,which is applied to the speed loop,and the current loop adopts hysteresis control.The experimental results show that the motor control system based on Fuzzy PI control is stable The system has faster response speed and stronger anti-interference.(2)The hardware circuit and software system of the control system are designed.The hardware circuit of the system takes STM32 microprocessor as the core,mainly including the power supply circuit,drive inverter circuit,current sampling circuit,Hall sensor interface circuit and wireless communication circuit.The schematic design of the above circuits is completed respectively,and the PCB is drawn and proofed.The hardware platform is completed,after that,each functional module is programmed,and the upper computer software is written with Visual Studio 2010.(3)The test results show that the control effect of the boom spinner designed in this thesis is good,the motor speed error is controlled within ± 0.2mm/s,and the stability is ±0.03mm/s;the wind speed error is controlled within ± 0.01m/s,and the stability is ±0.002m/s.The error source of wind speed is analyzed,and the scheme to improve the accuracy of the jib machine is given through comparative experiments.
