The application of positioning technology has been fully integrated into human daily activities,and has shown great advantages and convenience in many areas of the national economy.The positioning based on satellite system and the positioning based on communication signal are widely used positioning technologies at present,but there are problems such as signal interference and environmental interference in both types of positioning,while the sourceless positioning technology mainly obtains the regional feature information of the earth's surface,which is not affected by these factors,so it becomes an important development direction of positioning technology.The rapid development and application of science and technology such as artificial intelligence and big data,as well as the technical update of various hardware devices,can provide the key conditions for sourceless positioning technology,such as high-speed network,high-performance operation,data storage and so on,which promotes the research and development of sourceless positioning technology.This paper proposes a sourceless positioning algorithm,which is based on the research of intelligent location of spatial targets based on the fingerprint of the earth's surface.Referring to the fingerprint system of human body,the fingerprint of the object on the earth's surface space-Surface fingerprint is innovatively introduced,and the surface area is uniquely identified with the help of the surface fingerprint,and the surface fingerprint is generated by artificial intelligence technology,and the location of the area is obtained by matching the surface fingerprint in the fingerprint database.The main research content is around the surface fingerprint and spatial positioning algorithm,the main research content is as follows:Firstly,According to the human fingerprint and the surface features,the surface fingerprint expression of spatial target is constructed.The surface fingerprint expression of the spatial target takes the characteristics of the spatial target,such as the structural characteristics and background distribution information,as the fingerprint index,and forms the unique surface fingerprint through the corresponding fingerprint coding.Secondly,Intelligent extraction of spatial objects.Considering the accuracy and efficiency of the extraction,the depth learning algorithm in artificial intelligence technology is used to extract the spatial objects,and the method suitable for extracting the spatial objects in the depth learning model is studied and tested.Thirdly,The research of spatial location based on the surface fingerprint of spatial target.Establish the surface fingerprint database,take the location information of the surface fingerprint in the surface fingerprint database as the matching image location.According to the number of spatial targets,the corresponding spatial positioning is studied.The experiment of intelligent location of spatial target based on surface fingerprint takes high-resolution remote sensing image as data.The extraction accuracy of the motion field in the mask r-cnn model is 92%,and that of the building in the deeplab V3+model is 94%.Therefore,the motion field and the building are used as the spatial targets to generate the surface fingerprint.The research area of spatial location based on spatial target fingerprint is the city of southwest region,the experimental precision is 80%,and the research area of spatial location based on target field fingerprint is 19 cities,the experimental precision is 90%.The experimental results show that the spatial target intelligent positioning based on the surface fingerprint proposed in this paper has high spatial positioning accuracy,and the surface fingerprint can uniquely identify the surface area to some extent.In order to adapt to a larger range of spatial location and faster location time,it is necessary to constantly improve the surface fingerprint index system and related research.This paper provides a successful surface fingerprint expression system and corresponding spatial location algorithm,which provides an important support for the global sourceless positioning and location services.
