As an important part of the coal mine power supply system,the low-voltage feed switch directly affects the safety and efficiency of the power grid operation.The low-voltage feeder switch protector,as the core control unit of the feeder switch,shoulders the tasks of data collection,analysis,and processing,and finally issues an action command to determine whether the equipment is to be opened,closed,or locked.With the rapid development of industrial automation and intelligence in recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the reliability,security and continuity of grid power supply.Traditional electronic protectors have been gradually upgraded to intelligent protectors,but there are still defects in hardware design or software writing that cause the reliability and sensitivity of the equipment to fall short of standard requirements.Therefore,the Research has very important theoretical and practical value.The purpose of this article is to design a low-voltage flameproof feeder switch protector based on DSP processor,which has the functions of measurement,protection and communication.The paper mainly introduces the current status and existing problems of the use and function of low-voltage flame-proof feed switches,analyzes and introduces the main functions and working principles of low-voltage flame-proof feed switches,and specifically explains the common leakage currents in coal mines.The protection method and characteristics of the protection are given,and the hardware and software design scheme of the protector is given.The functional modules are completed according to the scheme.Finally,functional experiments are performed according to relevant standards to verify the rationality of the design and finally prove that the design requirements have been met.The hardware design of the protector uses two DSPs as processors,one is mainly used for data collection and calculation to achieve various protection functions;the other is used for parameter setting,real-time clock,data display,and communication with the host computer or other RS-485 communication between devices,serial communication is used between the two DSPs.In the software design,a modular design scheme is adopted,including the main program module,detection and protection module,button and display module,and communication module,which increases the flexibility and portability of the program.A variety of anti-interference measures are used in the software and hardware of the system to ensure the stability and reliability of the protector.This article focuses on the realization of separate processing of signal protection and display data of the power grid,which can not only affect the processing speed of the protection program,but also make the display of current more accurate.Compared with a variety of selective leakage protection methods,reliability and accuracy were selected.The higher way.Finally,the performance test of the protector was completed to verify the reliability of the work and the rationality of the scheme design.
