Dyes are bright and diverse, and are widely used in textile printing and dyeing, leather, food, electronics and other industries. With the rapid development of dye-related industries, some dye wastewater is directly discharged without treatment, which has caused serious harm to animals and plants, and even seriously threatened human life and safety. Therefore, the treatment of dye wastewater has been a research hotspot. The dye wastewater treatment methods currently under study, such as photocatalytic method,acousto-optic catalyst method, biodegradation method, supercritical extraction method, etc.,are all relatively new dye wastewater treatment methods.Although these methods all have prominent features, there are still disadvantages such as long time-consuming,complicated or harsh operating conditions;and the adsorption method as a traditional wastewater treatment method has the characteristics of simple operation, low cost, and controllable time,Still has important value in the treatment of dye wastewater. Therefore,in this dissertation, functional bright polymer X-3B and active black KN-B are treated by a functional polymer flocculation-adsorption method.First, dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(DMDAAC)was selected as a polyacrylamide modifier to verify the adsorption effect of DMDAAC on two reactive dyes.On this basis, the effects of P(DMDAAC-AM)(PDA for short)and PAM molecular weight, the amount of kaolin, the amount of polymer, the initial pH value of the dye solution and the temperature on the dye adsorption and flocculation properties were investigated.Secondly, the water-insoluble functional polymer microspheres were prepared, and the composition of the functional polymer microspheres and the static adsorption conditions for the adsorption effects of the two reactive dyes were investigated. The main conclusions are as follows:1.Compared with PAM,DMDAAC modified PDA has better adsorption effect on two reactive dyes. When the molar percentage of DMDAAC is 5.0% and the mass concentration of AM is 40.0%,the adsorption rate of PDA with an amount of 1.0wt% to 100 ml,100mg / L reactive brilliant red X-3B About 33%,the adsorption rate of reactive black KN-B is about 36%;while the adsorption rate of 1.0wt% of PAM for two reactive dyes is only about 5.0%.2.The formula of the best functional polymer PDA that can guarantee good flocculation effect and does not affect the adsorption performance for the two reactive dyes is: the mass concentration of AM is 20.0%,the mole percentage of DMDAAC is 5.0%;the optimal viscosity range: 350-1200 mPa · s(5.0wt% PDA aqueous solution). When the dosage is 1.0wt%,the adsorption rate for 100ml;100mg / L reactive brilliant red X-3B is about 45%;the adsorption rate for 100ml;100mg / L reactive black KN-B is about 50%.At the same dosage,PAM is in the viscosity range of 300-800 mPa · s(5.0wt% PAM aqueous solution),and it has almost no adsorption effect on the two reactive dyes at the same volume and concentration.3.The optimal flocculation-adsorption conditions for PDA to two reactive dyes are: 3.0g kaolin,1.0wt% polymer, and 200r/min rotation speed.Acidic environment can increase the adsorption of two reactive dyes by PDA,but too low pH value is not conducive to flocculation of kaolin by PDA.When pH=2,compared with the initial pH value of the unadjusted dye,the adsorption rate of 1.0% by weight of PDA to both reactive dyes increased by about 18%.The adsorption and flocculation effect of PDA on two reactive dyes in the range of 25?-65? is not affected by temperature.4.The composition and monomer molar ratio of functional polymer microspheres with effective adsorption for two reactive dyes are St: MMA: BA: AA: DMDAAC = 3.5: 2: 1.5: 0.8: 0.4 The maximum adsorption capacity of the polymer microspheres with a particle size in the range of 75-110 um for two reactive dyes without pH adjustment is about 50 mg/g.Reducing the initial pH value of the dye solution not only helps to increase the adsorption capacity of the polymer microspheres for two reactive dyes, but also shortens the adsorption time for reactive brilliant red X-3B.High temperature is not conducive to the adsorption of two reactive dyes by the functional polymer microspheres.
