Since2014,in the context of nonferrous metals industry was weak,Yunnan Chihong Zn & Ge Co..Ltd.carried on transformation and upgrading work actively,developed new product continuously.The benefit was increased by extending the industry chain.So as to turn losses into gains.The project serviced for the research and development of new products.The analysis method of Zinc-Aluminum alloy,spray Zinc,tellurium product and in-process materials was researched and established.The project included the analysis method of Zinc-Aluminum alloy,spray Zinc,tellurium and Lead & Zinc materials fast determination.When the new method was researched,we compared our results with Kunming Metallurgical Research Institute's results,our results were consistent with Kunming Metallurgical Research Institute's results.The analysis method of Zinc-Aluminum alloy,spray Zinc,tellurium and Lead & Zinc materials fast determination have brought into play.It analyzed more than 1300 samples.The product for sale abroad was up to grade.The analysis method of Zinc-Aluminum alloy and spray Zinc have brought into play in Huize Branch.The main works were as follow:1.The analysis method of Zinc-Aluminum alloy was researched.The analysis method of normal composition Al and trace composition Cd?Cu?Fe?Pb?Si?La?Ce?Mn was determined.2.The analysis method of spray Zinc was researched.The project included the analysis method of metallic Zinc,high aluminum,lead,antimony and low aluminum.3.The analysis method of pure tellurium was researched.4.The analysis method of Lead & Zinc materials fast determination was researched.5.Effect and application of the above methods.
