This thesis is based on the research and application of Pb/Al layered composite anode structure and function integration in the early stage of the research group.Using the finite element analysis method to study the electric potential and current density of Pb/Al layered composite anode in the process of electrodeposition of zinc distribution.Revealing the energy-saving mechanism of Pb/Al layered composite electrode.Research is divided into the following three parts.(1)Preferabing the interface transition layer element of the Pb/Al layered composite electrode.Analysis of the effects of interface transition layer elements and interface transition layer thickness on energy saving of Pb/Al layered composite anode.The results show that the transition layers of different elements have a little effect on the overall potential distribution and current density distribution of the electrode plate,but the thickness of the interface transition layer has a great influence on the potential and current density distribution of the electrode plate.When the thickness of the interface transition layer is 200 ?m,the electrode plate potential and current distribution are most uniform.(2)Design the geometric parameters of the aluminum core,establish a Pb/Al layered composite anode model,and simulate and analyze the effect mechanism of different aluminum core thickness and area on the energy saving of the Pb/Al layered composite anode.The results show that as the thickness of the aluminum core increases,the potential and current density distribution of the plate tends to be uniform;and as the area of the aluminum plate increases,the potential and current density of the Pb/Al layered composite anode become more uniform.(3)Based on the previous geometric optimization and the optimal selection of the interface transition layer,the Pb/Al layered composite anode electrodeposited zinc model is established to simulate the three-time current distribution of the Pb/Al layered composite electrode during the electrodeposition of zinc,revealing Pb/Al Layered composite electrode three-time current distribution mechanism.The model can also study the electrochemical properties of other layered composite electrodes,and plays an important guiding role in the development,design,and optimization of new anodes in the electrolysis industry.
