Under the background,that "wearable" has become a hot word in the clothing technology industry and consumption upgrade has become an important measure of supply-side reform,"self-heating" clothing and equipment have become a leader in new functional products.This topic is guided by the market demand for intelligent heating clothing and supplies,and aims to develop highly flexible heating elements that are safe and reliable,simple in process.Based on the previous work of this research group,double-sided knitted heating fabrics and Its application has been researched and developed.The core content includes: First,silver-plated yarns are used to weaved a double-sided knitted heating fabrics which are worn on one side by hidden conductive yarns,and then an air-layer floating line heating fabric which hides conductive yarns on both sides is developed and improve the warmth and safety of the fabric.Furthermore,the electric heating performance of heated fabrics was tested.through comparison and screening,the air layer loop heating fabric and ribbed composite heating fabric with excellent indicators were used as the shaped electric heating elements.The metal electrode design and intelligent temperature control switch integration were completed and two kinds of knitted electrical heating element were developed.Finally,through questionnaire surveys and expert interviews,the feasibility and product positioning of promoting smart knitted electric heating clothing in the market were explored.Based on the relevant tests on the sample clothing,two types of smart electric heating sweaters and waist protection were developed.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research content,research significance and research methods of the thesis.The second part analyzes the influencing factors and potential needs of consumers to purchase smart heating clothing.In the third part,five kinds of double-layer flexible heating fabrics were developed,and their electrothermal properties were analyzed.The results show that the ribbed composite fabric,air layer loop fabric,and air layer plain fabric have good structural stability and uniform heat generation.The power density consumed is highly linearly related to the surface equilibrium temperature;the fourth part mainly introduces the knitted heating elements and application,and developed smart electric heating sweaters and waist protectors.Experimental results show that the equilibrium temperature of the surface of the knitted heating element is significantly linearly related to the power consumption,and the correlation coefficient exceeds 0.99,and when the heating element is bending or it is stretched to 60%,the resistance fluctuation is less than 5.4%,the structure is stable,and its surface temperature index meets the requirements of physiotherapy.The smart electric heating sweater and waist protector have good electric heating performance,can run normally and meet the design requirements.The fifth part summarizes the main conclusions of the paper,analyzes the shortcomings and limitations of the research,explains the practical feasibility of the research results,and provides a new idea and method for the development of similar intelligent electric heating knitted products. |
