With the development of the aging society,the aging problem bring new opportunities and challenges for China's social and economic development.There is no doubt that hightechnology will lead the old-age care industry to meet the diversified and rapidly growing needs for the elderly.As a kind of " Microclimate air conditioner",electrical heating clothing can effectively adjust the clothing with the change of the external environment,create a microclimate with appropriate temperature for human body,and improve human wearing comfort.Considering the physiological thermal needs of different body parts of the elderly,this paper discusses the comfortable temperature threshold of each body part,and developed a kind of smart heating clothing for elderly women.Local skin sensitivity to heat and cold is the foundation of electrical heating clothing design.This paper first studied the physiological condition of skin temperature in elderly women.The cold exposure experiments on the body,included the chest,abdomen,back,front and back of the thighs,forearm and upper-arm.The skin temperature changes and sensitivity rank of different parts of body skin were also analyzed in this paper.Among the maximum changes in average skin temperature,the abdomen and the forearm in the elderly were the most significantly affected by cold stimulation.Skin temperature changes in the back was the least.In the elderly group,the rank to cold stimulation from the most sensitive to the least was: abdomen,back,lower back,upper-arm,chest,front-thigh,lower-calf,back-thigh,forearm.In this paper,combined with the dynamic change of skin temperature,the body parts were divided into several heating zones.Heating zones were set for each group of the body parts on the thermal manikin.The experimental environment temperature was set at 0?,5?,10?,15? and 20?.Then testing the experiment indicators included the thermal resistance value,heat power dissipation,heating duration,heating rate.After the analysis of TOPSIS model and the method of Grey clustering,we can get the optimal heating temperature on different parts of elderly body.The heating temperature of abdominal is 38 ?,the back of the heating temperature is 36 ?,the medial upper arm,chest and waist heating temperature is 34 ?,the front of the thigh and calf of the heating temperature is 32 ?,the temperature at the back of the thigh is 30 ?.Based on physiological characteristics of the elderly,samrt control system of temperatureregulating and heating clothing is established by using PID(Proportional-integral-derivative control)model.Through MATLAB simulation and parameter debugging,it was found that when the parameter values Kp=1.33,Ki=0.025 and Kd=3.48,the simulation results verified the effectiveness of the proposed temperature control scheme for carbon heating sheets.The heating time of PID model reaches the target temperature within 1.5 minutes,and the rising speed is faster than the onff controller in market.Finally,smart heating clothing is designed and made.The garment pattern structure is improved according to the body shape of the elderly subject.The heating position of heating elements in human body is optimized through the reasonable setting schedule,so that the smart heating system of the clothing can control the heat distribution in the spacing area of the clothing and improve the elderly thermal comfort.At the end of the study,we carried out the wearing comfort evaluation of smart heating clothing.In order to make a more comprehensive and systematic evaluation,the paper used the grey clustering model of trigonometric whitening weight function to evaluate the elderly daily wear with this smart heating clothing.The model evaluation scale consisted the grade of Excellent,Good,Medium and Poor.Test the experiment indicators in the combination of the bottom long-sleeved shirt,sweater,smart heating suits and woolen jacket,with the condition of heating or not heating in smart heating clothing.Simultaneously,set the comparison experiment with the different wearing order of the sweater.In conclusion smart heating clothing has remarkable comprehensive excellent performance,particularly at 5-20?.However the clothing is not suitable for the low temperature environment of 0?.In the dressing collocation,when the smart heating clothing is closer to the human skin,it can product higher heating efficiencyBased on the physiological and objective experimental research of the elderly,this paper developed the smart heating clothing and evaluated the wearing comfort for old people.The study finally put forward its improvement design scheme.With the study of new and high technologies into the field of intelligent wearable,the development of smart heating clothing can not only meet the thermal needs of the elderly in a cold environment,but also provide technical reference and beneficial ideas for the design of intelligent clothing in the future.
