Financial Capability Evaluation Of Inner Mongolia Yitai Group

Financial ability is an essential ability for the survival and development of an enterprise.It is an important part of the enterprise capability system.Since 2012,coal prices have begun to decline sharply.Influenced by economic slowdown,total energy consumption control and other factors,the coal industry suffers from serious overcapacity and the overall market is depressed.At the same time,with the adjustment of China's economic structure,these factors restrict the development of coal enterprises to a certain extent.Inner Mongolia Yitai Group Co.,Ltd.is mainly engaged in coal production and management,and is faced with increasingly fierce market competition.Under this background,it is of great practical significance to conduct scientific evaluation on the financial capacity of Yitai Group,find out the existing problems and put forward targeted suggestions.Taking Yitai Group as the research object,this paper uses the company's financial data from2010 to 2019,selects 16 financial indicators from four aspects of operating capacity,debt paying capacity,profitability and development capacity,and evaluates the financial capacity of Yitai Group by using entropy weight method.On this basis,compared with the same industry enterprise Yangquan Coal Industry financial capacity analysis,the study found: Yitai Group operating capacity,debt paying ability is good,profitability and development ability is relatively weak,the overall development trend is weakening,the enterprise operation has the following problems: low inventory turnover rate,inventory turnover speed is slow;The asset turnover rate is low and the asset utilization rate is low.The asset-liability ratio and property right ratio are high,and the long-term solvency of enterprises is weak.The rate of return on net assets and the rate of return on total assets are low,and the enterprise's profitability is not strong.The profit growth rate is low and fluctuates greatly,the assets appear negative growth,and the overall development ability is weak.According to the above research results,the following suggestions are put forward: formulate strict sales and production plans and broaden sales channels,utilize idle assets to realize,reduce leverage,broaden financing channels,strictly control costs,promote coal deep processing,improve the quality of coal production,etc.
